Ok so i hv my honeymoon here and my wife suddenly she have a fever and in no shape to come down for the buffet breakfast. So i asked the staff for a favor to bring her some of the food, although the staff said about have to priority the people who came down to eat, he offered to bring more food than i picked for my wife. Hairdryer is broken and they waste no time sending people to replace it although it's 12 in the midle of the night. Other than that, all good.

1. There are hairs everywhere on the bed. Waste 1 hour to calm my wife (she's head of receptionist & housekeeping for another hotel) 2. Call services line for extra blanket, they try to ask me to pay Rm10 but when i cancel it, they just send to me for free. 3. Parking toll should be RM5 but suddenly i have to pay RM77. I have to go up and down multiple times to the reception to clear it.

being a regular guest to this hotel i can see the breakfast buffets for Malay cuisines is getting plain and simple. e.g provided nasi dagang but dont have gulai ikan/ayam. it’s so weird. kotiow goreng so spicy and dry but Indian and western cuisine dishes are great. pls improve on this

Our recent stay at the Seri Pacific Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional and deserves every bit of this 5-star review. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff at the front entrance set the tone for what would be a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a great view of the city. However, we did encounter a slight issue with our bathroom upon arrival, but the hotel manager Simon handled it impeccably. Within minutes of reporting the issue, they offered us an alternative room that was even more spectacular. The seamless resolution and their commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet at the Zende Restaurant, located within the hotel. The variety of dishes was impressive, ranging from local Malaysian delicacies to international favourites. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service received from the restaurant staff was personal and made us feel like part of their family, (Latif, Faizal and others). It was a perfect way to start each day. The facilities were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to the concierge—were consistently polite and eager to help. The front entrance team deserves special mention for their assistance with transportation and their friendly demeanor, especially Fazul who always made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Despite the minor hiccup, their dedication to ensuring an amazing guest experience left us thoroughly impressed.

The staff was always welcoming and attentive, making me feel well-cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of local and international options, all delicious and fresh. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Overall, my experience at Seri Pacific Hotel was nothing short of excellent. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was incredibly spacious and offered many perks. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully take advantage of all the amenities as we checked in quite late. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location right in front of a mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. The suite also offered an amazing view of the iconic Petronas Towers and Menara KL, adding a breathtaking backdrop to our stay.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Room : Shower and bath with tub is separated. This mean2 persons can go in at the same time to have their shower separately. It saves time. Room service: Up to our standard i.e to return back to our room clean, neat and tidy after attending our conference nearby.

Check-in: Was told to deposit cash RM100 as security deposit. Told the male counter staff that most hotels of Seri Pacific standard would just note our mastercard details as security deposit. Not wanting to dispute we heeded the request. Check-out: Surfaced this issue to Ms Syazwina during check-out and we were told that isnt the case. Hmm. I supposed The Reception Manager need to sort this out with his reception staff so as not to confuse customers. Nonetheless all staff were friendly.

Easy access to WTCKL on foot (in fact, Hotel Seri Pacific and WTCKL is less than 50 meters apart). LRT station and shopping complex is also accessible on foot (pedestrian bridge available). Room and bed is very comfy, although the aircond is a tad bit too cold for me. Room facilities also very good, there are ironing board and mini fridge in the room. Friendly and welcoming staff, as well as beautiful interior. Parking is hard to find if you come during a big event (as an old hotel, the parking is quite limited). But if you arrive during check out time, there will be plenty of parking spaces left by guests who had checked out. Alternatively, hotel guests can also park at WTCKL's parking lot and verify your car number to get discounted parking rates. P/S: Parking for hotel guests is RM5 per entry.

The staff, everyone was super nice! i love the size of the room, the location is walking distance to sunway putra mall.. breakfast was good.. this hotel holds a special place in my heart since i was a child..

The musty smell of the pillows.. my second stay in less than 3 months but same issue with the pillows.. would highly recommend the pillows to be changed as the smell is very bad & the pillow is almost flat that you can fold it..

It’s in front of the mall and connected to putra world trade centre, near to train station, easy to park (if there’s no exhibition/event, please avoid coming during peak season like umno party meetings). Quite cosy. Some room have kl twin tower view. The staff was very warm, welcoming and friendly. Check in and check out was fast because 2-3 counter operated at the same time. Iron and hair dryer provided in the room. There’s bath tub, toilet and rain shower. No old carpet smell (in my experience). I have been staying here few times. Price was quite reasonable than other hotels in the city centre. One of my favourite hotel.

Since the hotel is quite old, some of the facilities look old and fading. For me, one plug at the wall was’nt function.

Room price according to room size , The person who cleans the hotel room is very nice and friendly. If you don't want that person to clean the room, I put a sign on the door, please don't disturb , When you meet someone tidying the room, he will alert every door, for example I put a sign please do not disturb, he will ask if there is anything added if you suddenly meet him , he will give you anything you want to add like shampoo, soap , coffee and anything . This hotel is suitable for convocation students because ,the reason is that it is close to the convocation hall, you only have to walk, no need to take a grab car. If you still searching hotel , this hotel best recommended .
