The rooftop pool...view just amazing...breakfast is good just add more options

Lift went down day day I'm staying...left with just 2 operational lifts causing jam and long queue...lower floor pool not operational as well (kids not allow to enter rooftop pool...pity those family with kids)

I'm very worried when first booked because of others review. But everything went beyond my expectation. The breakfast buffet was actually good. I don't understand why some of the guest tell the otherwise. I booked deluxe skyline but got the chance upgrade to excutive skyline for free which has balcony facing KLCC and KL Tower and bathtub! The room is clean and comfortable. Facilities is tip top. Will surely come again.

The entry to the parking and to the lobby is little bit confusing. And lot of foreigner wears inappropriate clothes

The staff who attended to me, Aina was very helpful and friendly.

The lift took sometimes to wait. The floor in the bathroom holds water.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing! The Executive Suite had a fantastic view of the city and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The luggage storage was convenient given that I arrived at 5am and the staff were very helpful and nice! Overall, great value for your money.

At the time, there were only 2 elevators that were functioning so it took a very long time to get to the foyer given that I was at the very top floor. During check-out, it probably took around 20 minutes. The shower head was also loose and the hotel location is slightly outside of the city centre so I had to take a Grab every time I travelled to and from the hotel.

The view is awesome

Infinity pool cant be accessed, need to take turns. The elevator so crowded while check out need to wait almost 1 hour

The Cleanliness of the room

Everything is good but it obviously lacks investment and better management to take care of it. It would be a top notch hotel is someone just invested money and took care of the facilities. Infinity pool has so much potential and you can just see it being in such a bad shape, cleaning this glass protection takes like an hour at most and it would leave such a better impression, also to put a new colour. So cheap, easy and logical decisions but I think the problem must be in management. I am speaking as a staff working at a famous 5 star facility and an experienced traveller staying at plenty of similar resorts/hotels. Good luck, hope to find it in a better shape next time I decide to visit this place. Overall great value for money but the place has so much unused potential.

The location is strategic with the beautiful view of KLCC tower at the 37 floor (infinity pool) the infinity pool comfortable and nice. The staff at the counter treats well their customer with good communicate and big smile. I will come again Regalia for a holidays trips with family🥰

Infinity pool just can enter max 5 person only. My younger brother just stay at the room and i feel so guilty with him. The time to stay in the infinity pool just one hours. My suggestion need to give the extra time to enter the pool and give extra more then 5 person max to enter the pool because when come with family or friends feel unhappy and guilty when some of us can’t join and just stay at the rooms.

1. Aircond even at 17°C.. still cant feel it. I sleep without blanket even at 3am cuz hot. 2. Those curtains also stuck. Need to get up on the chair and pull it with hanger to open the curtain. 3. Sliding door at the balcony also stuck and need repair. Glass sliding door in the bathroom also stuck. Need almost all of my strengt just to close the bathroom sliding door bcuz the glass is stuck to the dry rubber. 4. Housekeeping. Should do better housekeeping at level 37 before going up to the swimming pool. I understand the renovation is taking place but please, do housekeeping.
