Mainly because of the location and easy to find eatery areas.

Room was upgraded to 3217. Spacious but not enough dustbin, and the pillowcases are stained with black marks. Even after requesting to change, but still did not meet the expectation. It's time to upgrade the linens (bed).

- At some part of the hotel wall, got like fungus/damp area maybe due to rainy season - The Kiblat direction provided on the ceiling is wrong. Always double check with your compass apps in the phone

mostly good. But 2 not so good things to note: 1. one customer service staff make me queue and wait while she serves other customers when my room access card was not working. not sure if this is a management thingy, but this is poor customer service. 2. my name and room number was used by others to sign up for a free breakfast meal in the hotel cafe. it was not my signature and not my handwriting, so clearly this is a loophole that needs to be plugged.

Great location, good breakfast, staff friendly and very professional- great customer service. The Lady at reception desk was very helpful and lovely and so was concierge. All security guys very nice, always greeting us with a smile! Lots of water provided for the rooms.

Could have tea and coffee facilities in the room- but apart from that I cannot find anything else- we had great stay!

No handtowels provided, cleaniness of the room and bed sheets could be improved. The bed sheets had stains. Tables for laptop working would have been nice in the lobby area. We upgraded our superior room to a deluxe room. But the view in the superior room Was actually much better, we could see the Petronas towers. The view from deluxe room was rather disappointing to the back. We didn't like that we would be seated by the staff at breakfast and could not choose a table ourselves. They seated us mostly in the middle of other taken tables which felt crowded although there were other less crowded spots available..

Surprisingly got a room upgrade, the room was so big and comfortable, thank you Mr. Ruban! The breakfast selections were great too, just encountered some of the guests eat while walking around, picking the food with their hands, this really grossed me out. Hopefully the waiters could stop them if see anyone do this again. Parking was easy, just take the ticket and ask concierge staff to scan it, that saved us RM26 of parking fee.

A little bit too crowded during weekend so can't really enjoy the breakfast leisurely. Saw some guests scolded the staffs made me feel bad for them too, I hope you all had great days ahead.

My partner and I enjoyed the whole experience of our stay in this hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The mall attached to the hotel has lots to offer too. The location is great where we could easily access and explore KL via the LRT. The breakfast is yummy with variety food selection ranging from poached eggs to pasta and rice. My partner and I love the ambiance too. All in all, our stay was a wonderful one of which we will definitely make out return soon.

Room 1610 of which we stayed for the night is good except the mattress is saggy hence deep on the right side of the bed and may need a replacement or have it checked to ensure quality sleep of hotel's future guests.

We'd probably booked the rooms during peak seasons because there are so many people during our stays there but since the lobby is huge, we didn't bump into anyone nor we felt it to be too crowded. We arrived at 1.30 pm but none of our rooms were ready at that time. We had expected that after seeing so many people were lingering around the lobby. By 3 pm, all of our rooms were ready as promised by the staff there. While waiting, we had our lunch at Nusantara Restaurant which is in the hotel itself. The price is quite pricey but it is delicious and we can feel the authenticity of the Indonesian Cuisine. The rooms are clean and comfy. The location is strategic as it is linked with Sunway Putra Mall.

The breakfast was nothing special. There's not much variety and the place is considerably small which can be quite congested during peak hours of breakfast.

Beds were very comfy and staff were friendly. Room was very spacious and the shower was good. Nice and quiet which I appreciated after a long business trip. Nice selection of coffee / cake downstairs. Good decor in lobby and the restrooms were beautifully kept.

Bedside lights could only be turned on / off via a switch in the living area which wasn’t ideal. Nowhere to buy coffee before noon… I don’t eat breakfast but wanted a coffee and couldn’t get one (staff did bring me one from the main dining area). Only two large towels and no smaller hand / hair towels in the room. Could do with more hangers in the wardrobe as well. Didn’t bother me but possibly worth mentioning no alcohol available onsite.

The checking in staff service. So polite, I even got a free room upgrade without any prior notice Check in so smoothly. Thank you to the receptionist in duty.

I'm about to extend my stay (after 2 nights). Unfortunately I went to the reception counter and requested an extension with possible free upgrade and I don't mind if it's not applicable. But the way of the staff informs me was not in the proper way. Which he does not even see my face when talking to me. Without consulting his superior, with not even check the system of possibility. Because of the attitude I changed my mind to stay other hotel. I will also write this review personally on my socmed and hotel website.
