Great value for money. very comfortable unit.

Communication with staff was no so great. I lost some money during the stay. I had a valid reason to believe it was in the property. I requested for security camera footage during a particular time I believed I lost the money for confirmation. Never received any. The staff you are supposed to communicate through WhatsApp probably didn't bother about it anymore as I had already checked out. KL seemed very safe to me. But I lost some money and it could have been handled more professionally. So I would suggest that make sure that you keep your valuables safe.

It was located in a good area near Pavillion mall and near the KLCC. The communication with the people running the place is good and easy to deal with. Room is very nice and comfortable. great view from the windows!

Similar to other reviews, the toilet near the entrance door had a strange smell but nothing too bothersome. I only used the toilet in the master bedroom so there was no issue. construction in the area can be heard but isn’t too bad.

Location is excellent- about 10-15 minutes walk to Bt Bintang. Hayden was very friendly and helpful and saw to our needs promptly.

No microwave or oven toaster. There were 3 of us in the apartment but crockery n utensils, codfee/tea were for 2. Quality of toilet and tissue paper poor. No sponge or cloths provided for cleaning up. Fortunately we brought our own. No hot water in common bath. Pillows were too high n bulky. No bedside lamp n room lighting controls only on wall.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very new and modern. Like an apartment I would want to live in. Loved the layout! Modern design and furnishings.

The apartment hadn't yet been stocked with some of the very basics - hand soap for the bathrooms for one. Would have been nice to include some cheap coffee for the mornings. Great couch but not a single pillow on it - minor but would have made it feel more like a home. Super simple access cards to enter the building and the apartment, but the deadbolt on the door didn't work. The door locked, but I mean... have the deadbolt working. I'm visiting a foreign city that I'm not familiar with, when I go to sleep that tiny bit of extra piece of mind that the door is locked locked is nice to have.

The location is great if you have your own transport, its a bit of a distance to walk to the main road, but acceptable for me. The facilities in the house itself are superb! It is as complete and exactly as shown in the given pictures.

There's a smelly odour coming from the second toilet, perhaps it is rarely used or there's a clog down there. The staff immediately send over their cleaner, although the smell still came up the next day. They did provide lots of room spray for fresheners, hence I used it a lot.

- fast response of the owner to questions. When report hair dryer broke down, owner immediately make arrangement to replace - high standard on the interior feature, facilities, comfort of the bed - location.

WiFi is not stable, this is pulling the standard down especially the property is at the heart of KLCC which is expected to have good WiFi connectivity

2BR with 2 shower room, easy check in process. Comes with a simple kitchen and a washing machine cum dryer (but no detergent) so it's convenient if one needs to do some washing

The house had a strong cigarette smell when we first stepped in. Not sure if cig/vaper usage is regulated. Have to walk up a steep slope to reach the property. Pillows are too soft, no support

( 4.).instead of 2.N, Quality of towels, Should provide, tickers. TV/Air Con. Remote Control. Extra Each.( 2.TV Badroom/N Air con.). Instead of 1. Each. Your kitchen Utensils is not Complete. Must provide, some, Coffee/Tea, 3 in 1. Minerals water 4 bottles. Thnks.😊🤝👍
