The location is perfect ten.. KTCC Mall is just across the road. A lot of food courts & restaurants nearby. Tourist attractions - the draw bridge & pasar payang just a few minutes drive. The facilities in the room is enough for convenience - hangers & hooks to hang towels or clothes. Maybe a bit of improvement in servicing the TV reception. Overall, no complaints from us & we had a comfortable stay at this cosy, old school hotel 👌😊

My 4th time staying here. Just love the ambiance. A budget hotel with basic necessities. Towels provided.Ironing board provided at the common area. Aircond works well. Location is very good. Near to many eateries. Less than 3 minutes walk to KTCC Mall. Less than 7 minutes walk to the drawbridge. Travelling to pasar payang take less than 5 minutes drive. Ample parking space. Will definitely come again.

The resort is old. Therefore, most items in the room are somewhat old i.e box TV, plastic chair, still using soap bars instead of dispensers etc Overall, the room is in good condition…

Affordable price for a room. The location is strategic because it is near the mall (KTCC) and various restaurants, just a walking distance. Easy check in and out, the staff was great. The water heater well function and the water was superb. Parking available for the guests.
We can't lock our room from outside 😂. The room isn't spacious for us to perform our solat, but we solved it by moving the bed 👌🏻.

The location is superb. Ample parking. Spacious room. Finding food is not a problem. just walking distance to many cafes, food stalls n restaurants.
There's no fridge and iron in the room. Have to iron near the staircase outside the room.

enough parking. early check in available. near to mall. easy to locate. no need to find park at mall during our time watching movie just 5 minutes walk to cinema.
old furniture. got stain on sheet. near to chinese restaurant so thier customers usually parking their car/lorry and enterence to resort will be bottle neck by them
