the location was very close to city centre. within walking distance. the room was very spacious. there’s a small fridge which is very convenient. the price to me is pretty cheap for that room size. aircond worked well. the toilet was great.

i got bitten by bedbugs. the linens weren’t thoroughly cleaned as well as the toilet. there’s only one small trash bin which in my opinion isn’t enough for more than 1 person. i wish every room had their own iron so i don’t have to walk all the way to the station.

Pretty decent considering the price per night. I was only staying for the night so that next day i won't hv to rush to jetty to redang. Overall, i would say it pass the basic requirement for a 1-2 night stay. Bathroom is great. Big and spacious. Just heads up to those going to book. The shower head is overhead style and right above the toilet seater. There's not much space to put ur dry cloths when showering as it might get splashed a little bit. Good thing is the staff stay up late as i check in in the middle of night around 1am. Nothing much to say for the rest.

Room cleanliness have to be improve, cause i found dead roach in the water boiler that day. Soundproof is bad. So for those who is light sleep, might wan to consider else where. The mosque start praying around 6am in the morning and the echo went straight into the room.

Overall my staying at this hotel was so good. The price, The location, The friendly staff, The room and the bed of coz, The good facilities, The enviroment and The cleanliness. Good and well maintain.

One thing i just can't accept. Got lipas la in my bathroom but it only one lipas there. I hate lipas even it stay quiet at the bathroom and only move a little bit. I just afraid if the lipas fly and get to my bed. Hope Hotel staff can get rid of this issue. Thank you.

Room size is very good for the price plus the room we chose is on the ground floor so we don't need to go up stairs. I recommend spending a liittle more for that room so you don't have to climb stairs if you have elderly.

No suitable place to hang clothes, the one available is directly above the water heater(kettle).

strategic hotel area. comfortable room. i got the ground floor room as i wanted. all questions answered well. tq so much.

maybe can provide special parking for guests , hot water for shower, put an iron board n iron in each room for guests to be more comfortable.

Worth the money And quite comfortable

There's no lift. So if u have many luggage, it s going to be a bit difficult. Housekeeping took a long time to prepare the room. Request to check in at 2pm but we checked in at 3.10pm. (The room was empty but took sometimes to prepare - according to the person at the counter) A bit dissappointed as we were tired and it s during fasting month some more

bed and room is quite spacious. The ironing facilities is there and hot water is a wonder.

the large (hallway) trash can, may be need to be a bit accessible. Parking is quite challenging, but we got the lady luck to cover for us.

Everything was nice, the room was quite big, iron station was near to the room, got enough plug for everyone plus an extra too, the fridge and locker is a plus 👍🏼 Near to 7E and other food stalls and easy to find parking too...

Quite a lot of ant roaming around, didn't take long for the ant to gather around the food. Only got 2 towel for a room for 4 people, I'd expect got each for everyone.

All.. Everything in good condition..
