Location was good. Less than 5 minutes walk to Kuching Waterfront.

1. Instead of blanket, they used BIG TOWEL as blanket. So, its was cold during night and that "big towel" not comfortable.. 2. The staff start to clean the room when we want check in. They said last people check out was yesterday. So, what they did before that? The cleaning should be done before guest enter the room. No preparation at all 3. I know the price was cheap and reasonable but at least tell your staff to clean the room especially rubbish when the guest was not around. Even the towel was not changed. 4. The female staff always make noise. The main problem is, one of their staff argue with her boyfriend on phone and talk so loud. That can be heard so clear and disturb my parents rest since our room near the office. No respect to guest at all.

The location was quite strategic. Easy to reach some of the attractions nearby. There's even a overnight parking lot nearby, owned by the neighboring temple. Guaranteed safe to park, since its guarded 24 hrs.

There are some ants roaming around in my room. But, the inn keeper promptly exchanged that room for a better one, without needing to pay extra. Thumbs up for that.

The location is great, just walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront area. The staff was very polite and cheery, and that made me feel very welcome and at ease. Thank you for that. Communication with them was smooth too. Bed and bath were basic but functional.

The TV and one light was not working in my room, but that's not so bad. A guest must have been smoking, and the smoke entered my room on my first night and lingered for 3 days. I have sensitive lungs so this gave me a terrible sorethroat and cough. I managed to air out my room on the 3rd day. No compensation for this though, I had to bear with it until I left.

a lot. It is located above a loud club, so you hear loud music all night. Then at around 2am you start hearing the drunk people in the alley screaming for no reason. This happened both nights. The staff could not close the window in my bathroom, so all the noise from outside came in through there. The curtain in my room was not big enough to cover the whole window, so the light from the streetlights would come into my room at night. Instead of a bedsheet I had a large towel. TV in my room did not work.

The location

I was gi en a room at JP2, instead of JP. The cleanliness is not well maintained, and the room has strong smoke smell. The pillows have smells. The soap was being used but not being replaced.

GEverything from the staff till the room. Toilet tank I need refill myself after flushing TV with not working.. I had to move to 3 rooms but still very bad. 1st room to near to staircase 2nd room no tv, door latch broken, 3rd room..need to refill toilet tank when flushing..tv not working 4. The reception was not qualified to serve guest. Looks like they are really didn't care at all Why was this on booking.com... Really not presenting the ambience of hotel hospitality Will never ever come to this hotel anymore even the other hotel are full....rather sleeping outside than staying at this hotel...
