Location was great as it is just at the riverwalk with walking distance to Carpenter St, Riverfront, etc.

Insufficient parking space

We stayed 2 nights upon our return from Sri Aman. We had a big twin room on the 12th floor. We chose Harbour View hotel for her location. She's a few minutes walk to the Chinese museum. There we can board the free bus 103, operated by Kuching Metro. This bus runs every 2 hrs, stops at major shopping malls, heritage trail, the airport, Kuching Sentral bus terminus and of course the Semenggoh Wildlife Center. Super location.

This time the staff attitude was poor. Upon check out we informed the room air-conditioning had a malfunction, the toilet flush system was flushing non stop. The receptionist didn't seem to respond to our report.

Harbour View Hotel has a great location, very close to the waterfront and all amenities. The harbour view from my room was spectacular. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water and the water pressure in the bathroom were very good. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

The WiFi does not work everywhere in the hotel. I was moved to another room because the room I was initially given did not have any WiFi connection. Also, the fridge in my second room did not work. However, all in all, my stay in the hotel was very comfortable.

Comfortable bed. I had a view of the river from my room. TV with cable. Loved that they provided a proper kettle instead of one of those coffee makers for pods. Just around the corner from the hotel is Green Hill Corner coffee shop with lots of good hawker stalls which usually sell out just after lunch. There are stalls serving the local sarawak laksa and kolo mee.

I love the service and breakfast. There are so many options buffet breakfast. Love ❤️ the hotel is near the kuching waterfront and walking distance to plaza merdeka shopping mall. The twin room is more spacious than the king room.

The only problem is parking for guests. The basement parking is too small and always full even if we arrive 2pm.

The shower and the toilet has no pipe hose! No bidet! And that's certainly a trouble and inconvenient to us fellow Malaysian. Good hotel but might not stay here again due to the above.

Staff were incredibly polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast was just what I needed,, nice mix without being overly complex. Value for money was great, and location next to the rive and the parliament building is the same as the Hilton nextdoor. Shower pressure was incredible. Matress was on the firm side but comfy.

Hotel rooms could do with an update, but the rooms were clean.

the staff are very friendly.willing to help. the food for breakfast very satisfy. I did order food during midnight because im hungry and i do love the food (nasi goreng istimewa) . the portion is also enough for 2…

black out many times but the hotel did explain about the issues..i think not all the time it happen.. because i do stay here a lot of time yet never undergo blackout.. only this time..hopefully the hotel can fix it soon..but overall this hotel is recomended

The room is very comfortable and clean, their location is also great easy to access to the city and of course Kek Lapis stall is also nearby the hotel. anyhow, this hotel is very nice, I would repeat to stay here whenever to Sarawak again.
