Very satisfied with the room i booked. Spacious room, big toilet n comfortable bed ( sofa bed also provided). The facilities are complete n suitable for a family vacation. Kitchen also provided, so u can cook bcs this hotel quite far from market or restaurants. But, kitchen utensils not complete, please bring your own. They only provide 1 frying pan, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups,2 glasses n 2 pairs of spoons n forks. Swimming pool & playground available.

The back of refrigerator is not cleaned (that day I saw spilled food and clam shells). Under the bed (there is trash and dust)

This place was so worth it. When you see the exterior you wouldn't expect the interior to be like the pictures lol. But it was so pleasant and comfortable. It was very clean, they literally just mopped the unit before we checked in. Loved their beds, pillows and especially the shower facilities. Hotel standards for real. Checking in and out was a breeze. No complaints in regards to the property.

Nothing to do with the unit itself - but if you're planning to stay here then definitely be aware of the monkeys around. They aren't kidding when they ask you to not leave the windows or doors open as the monkeys are EVERYWHERE. And also FYI the road leading towards this resort is pitch black and lonely at night.

Spacious room, pool, kitchen, sofa bed, so many power plug, friendly front desk staff, friendly pool staf, interior design, balcony, refrigerator, the environment so calm.

Our room located at 2nd lower ground floor. Quite creepy and only us at the level. No elevator and dim stairs. We need to step down 2 level from the ground floor. Its like stepping down to cellar. My advice, do not go out when sun goes down. Its so dark outside.

The room was good. The interior deco just simple & nice. The facilities like swimming pool, & club hse was good.

We booked 2 rooms for the family but it was separated on different floors. Should have just book 1 room. The beach Is far from the property. No easy access from the hilton hotel.. Mayb theres another way to the beach but we couldnt find it.. we have to go far out to teluk senangin becoz we already planned to have bbq by the beach...

The room is quite spacious. There's ample parking available, making it ideal for a family vacation. Considering the spaciousness, amenities, and location, the rate is excellent value for money.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floor was both wet and sticky, so I had to wipe it down. The overall atmosphere of the LG level felt eerie. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch TV because there wasn't a single available channel. I reported the issues to the person in charge, but nothing has improved so far.

The unit was spacious because it's a proper apartment. Having 2 toilet and shower room really help my big family. The area is very quite and having a waterpark really help. Will come again and keep up the good work.

The distance to main road is far. Please buy all your needs before entering the place because the only source of "Makan" is the hotel itself. To go out to the nearest shop or "kedai makan" will take 10 min drive.

Its nearby the beach and large pool.

1) please improve the counter at block A 2) please put the staff counter with proper dress and attitude 3) please make sure the staff not coooking in the registration counter after working hour,the staff at front counter should be more professional and not just putting the immigrant/foreigner at the regitration counter,it quiet scary 4) please improve the cleanliness at the stairs

We really like the room. It is big and very clean. We are just there for One night and goes off early. So, cannot really comment about the surrounding. The pool is quite far from the room.

The stairs.. we need to drag our bags to go to the room with a bit of stairs from the parking lot. It is totally not convenient.

The apartments with 2 rooms are spacious & clean, complete with amenities needed.

Quite far from f&b, only coffee house golf club & hotel double tree hilton are nearby. Can bring our own food there.
