Spacious, clean rooms with a washing machine too! The room had good cooking facilities including fridge, stove & microwave. The absolute highlight was the incredible pool!!!! We stayed during the weekday and pretty much had the enormous pool to ourselves. The view from the pool was exceptional. We added an extra night because we loved the pool THAT much! There were security guards at all hours of the day/night, making it feel safe when returning late at night. There’s a 7 eleven and some food stores downstairs for snacks. The shopping mall downstairs is also being established and will be handy once fully developed.

Not much, except the walls along the hallways could go with a paint job and the decking chairs near the pool could be upgraded. But these are small details.

Apartment was clean and spacious. The staff maintaining the apartment has done a great good in keeping the place in good condition. Beds, pillow and bedding were comfortable, providing a good night's rest. Amenities were good, with a well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and television. The staff were responsive on the WhatsApp chatgroup, providing timely notifications. We discovered that the drain hole to the shower was clogged shortly after we moved in. We reportedly the occurrence via the chatgrp and the staff promptly responded and arranged for a repair team to fix it. Very satisfied with this level of service. The view from the infinity pool was awesome, overlooking the Straits of Malacca.

The mall where the apartment was situated was lifeless. Only the cinema, a 7-eleven and a cafe remains standing. The door from the carpark was supposed to be accessed using a security card /tag, but the door lock was inoperative. This left us concerned about security access. Thankfully, the grill gate to the apartment provided us some assurance as we could lock the gate with our own padlocks. The building management can do better to maintain the facility. A pity that this pales in comparison to the service and maintenance level of the apartment. For example, the swimming pool area did not look well maintained. Floor boards were in disrepair with boards sticking out, posing a hazard. Gave the pool a miss after sighting these issues.

This apartment is super in view as it shows on website photo. Comfortable beds, good condition of washing machine, and cooker, TV & Wifi system and air-conditions are all good. The apartment is comfortable, and the service people are good, quick & polite in responses all inquires. All other household attachments / furnitures, although are not brand new, but are good enough in conditions.

Below issues will need to be fixed to improve the living experience: 1. Master bathroom drain is smelly with sewer sink, landlord placed fragrance worsen the smell. I removed the artificial fragrance and covered the drain hole to keep smells away. Lucky the bathroom is with open-outside-window, sunshine and fresh air improve the circulation. 2. Refrigerator makes very notable noisy when machine running. I have to switch the power off to stop it. I turned it off every night during my 6 night stays.

The hotel room is easy to find from the bus station. It's best to book a ride with the Grab app. The room cards are easy to find and the porter is very helpful. Personal details are handwritten in the book in front of the entrance. Room is large, bathroom very nice, washing machine available. With balcony. We had a flat with a city view. 2 air conditioners - great. The room can be cooled off the night, without a draught. All in all, very satisfied.

Lift is very slow. Quiet location, therefore far away from the centre. It is half an hour to walk, 5 minutes with Grab. Cushions were hard and too big for my taste. In the bathroom on the partition wall to the toilet, mould over the silicone joint. A chlorine cleaner would be appropriate here. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location wise was good. Not too close to the centre that is hard to find a parking nor too far that it will take hour to go to the center. I booked the pent house and it is super comfortable! aircond works great, the balcony is facing the Malacca Straits. The view at night is magnificent 🫶🏻 all the bedsheets smell fresh and clean. the beds are not the cheap thin or hard bed. It is a comfortable one and the pillows are also not the flat one. They have memory foam pillows and also fluffy pillows. The arrangement of the items in the house are not packed. The tv has netflix and has good sound system. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of parking if coming with more than one car.

The lift is rather slow

Very nice for a family trip…the unit with the view of Straits of Malacca was very clean, with comfortable beds…with adequate appliances & utensils ie kitchenette, fridge, microwave ovens, washing machine n plates etc. also comfy furnitures n dining table. Although its location not in the center, its still within reach via grab drivers to all the tourist spots as its much easier than to drive through the city traffic. Also there is a convenient store and a coffee shop downstairs for a quick buy. Loved the big infinity swimming pool with an amazing view of the town n the Straits and the 2 wading pools for kids. Will be the choice if we are in Malacca again.

None for the aprtment but other areas for improvement : - security doors are not secured despite security cards given to tenant. - maybe can provide a teapot (even the big stainless pot like mamak stall can do) in the kitchen to prepare drinks. - the deck at the swimming pool need some repairs as some areas the wood is rotten.

Everything was excellent, smooth check in because the instructions were very clear and easy step by step, the view of the beach was astonishingly nice, near with city, comfortable space which could fit 6-8 people, and surprisingly it got 3 bathrooms including 2 bathtubs, and kudos too to their very friendly staff, took less than 3-5 minutes only to get a reply on whatsapp, and they are very responsible to customers, accommodation is very clean and neat, worth the price cuz every equipment provided were all luxury, even the tissues provided were a high quality tissue, and I would like to give extra credits also to the guard here, u can enter the pool as long as u atleast wearing a jersey or swimming suit, I went to many other pools before but the pool were very strict and only accept swimming suit attire, but here they also accept u wearing atleast a jersey and swimming shorts, my stay here with family was very satisfied and enjoyed, this would be one of the best staycation I ever had ❤️

Owners are helpful & response was fast for any queries Great view apartment and whole unit was very clean.. Comes with washing machine, oven, kettle, cooking stove & fridge.. We were impressed when we checked in.. process was very smooth too with no hiccup 2 rooms were spacious with bathtub with great view. Whole unit is air conditioned, tv only can view Netflix, YouTube, etc.. so, we can binge watch movies at night after whole day going around Malacca city 7E is easily accessible for midnight snacking.

Neighbour karaoke till 2am like they were the only ones staying at that residence.. middle of the night pushing around furnitures and banging here and there.. complaint to owner and they came down and told the neighbour to lower down their volume.. My poor parents didn’t have good sleep, lucky we only stayed for 2 nights

The apartment is more like a studio unit, not too big. The main room is good, very complete. En-suite with bath tub that has window with sea view, shower head and enough hanging hooks/racks. Comes with hairdryer and iron with ironing board and clothes hangers. Pity no in house slippers, would hv been perfect. Not forgetting good mattress and pillows and comfy blankets! Living area has a little balcony to sit out and enjoy the sea view. A simple kitchen for basic cooking too.

A pity that the 2nd room is a little small with no open window. But bed n blankets were super comfy though.

The place looked exactly like what you see in the photos -- very beautiful with superb view. We have a total of 4 adults and 4 children staying and the children love the staircase so much. 🤣 Kitchen has water dispenser (including hot water) and you need not worry about having no water to drink. Checking in and out was a breeze as we just need to get the key from the mailbox. Apartment is located away from the busy town. We took a grab to jonker street and we had no issue getting a grab to and fro. There is a 7-11 at the ground floor which you may get some essentials or snacks. A chatgroup was created before the chk in and we could just message if we have any questions.

Hot water was not hot enough, especially after filling a bathtub of warm water. Pillows were made of memory foam but a little too high.
