Room very nice. Good bed. Clean and comfy. Good food. Overall Very Good. Worth money spent.

Swimming pool a bit small especially during MCO.

hi, i like all those decorations & scent when i first arrived to hotel. the staff trying to solve my issues which I thought i already paid the money using card which i used for booking. i was quite confused but it went smooth anyway

i hate that my room doesn’t have water heater and it was so cold to take a bath. furthermore it looks like the pillow and comforter were not cleaned & washed properly because there is musty smells on it and my parents cannot sleep because of that. please improved your service. quite disappointed due to this issues.

Because the location is slightly away from city centre, it is not crowded like hotels inside the city centre. I prefer less crowd even if I require to travel for shopping in the city centre. There is a nearby Aeon shopping mall about 5-7min drive. The lobby area is beautiful too.

Not the hotel's fault but to travel to the hotel require to go around the hotel to reach the road leading to lobby entrance. Lifts does not use room cardkey to access so security might be a concern. Anyone can access any floor of the hotel. This security feature was removed as informed by the staff.

Room was very clean and we love the ambiance at the lobby and the swimming pool, parking space was also huge and many options. I woul really suggest for anyone who is visiting Melaka to come and stay here.

All was nice, just i was a bit upset when i requested for a late check out, i was surprised that the manager did not want to grant me a late check out even though i had a family with me and i was occupied in a seminar at the hotel. And i was paying for the late check out. Funny.

The location is nice, restaurants and other shops are located nearby. Staff are very intuitive attending our needs, the bed are very comfy and for Muslim, they are providing prayer mat in the room. The breakfast is good, they have local and western delicacies to choose from

Television signal is not clear as sometimes we didn’t get clear pictures of the channel. And during our breakfast, we found ants roaming on the desk, better not left our foods long time on the desk

The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. The room is a bit old but comfortable in general. The hotel lobby has a very nice retro vintage design. Sound proofing could be improved but overall acceptable. Hotel location is good (only a few mins away to Jonker Street and Heritage Trail by car).

Breakfast is average and offers similar dishes every day

Good breakfast. Big and clean room. Clean toilet. More parking space. have 3 lift to go to room.

No prayer mat provided. Only 1 lift to carpark.

Nice interior and food. Got own restaurant open till 10pm

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoy our stay and will recommend to other people as well.

It is not that i dont like but just for improvement. During breakfast, I have requested to 3 different staffs to clean up and set my table; and only the third staff come and clean it as my table has the previous person plate and left over. But still i didnt receive any new cutlery. Need to request to the fourth person for this.
