Check in procedure was clear and convenient. Staff reacted promptly. Unit has 2 bedrooms and is great for family with 2 kids. Location is around 12 mins to jonker Street. Overall unit is value for money!

Perhaps new set of towels and floor mats will make the stay perfect!

The house is so clean and spacious. My Mom and I had 1 bed each for ourself. View ocean. Very quiet. Like it so much. Bathroom ocean view 😍 Definitely going to come again. Pool is great for picture taking (we don’t have time to swim!) 🥲. Guards are so friendly.

The parking quite confusing. TV channel also quite confusing. Appreciate if got instruction on how to use it 😅 Bathroom bidet need to be fixed. Water keep flowing.

Everything is amazing. They have 2 in 1 washer dryer everything is complete in the house you need. The view is just beautiful amazing. No noise the whole day. Very peaceful. My family & i love it so much the place. Host was so nice. Instructions to find your way to the carpark & self check in steps are superb. I would love to stay at this amazing apartment again if i come to visit malacca again. Thank you host for the amazing hospitality & and superb place that can call home. ☺️

Only swimming pool water is super cold even i use thermal swimming suit.

The unit has a great city view. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony of the unit. It is also considerably clean and comfy. The host is super nice and respond to the request very promptly. The water boiler in the room spoil on the day of arrival and they have replace it immediately.

The elevator of the building need to be fix. (Most review also commented about this issue). Out of 5 elevators, only 3 are functioning. Waiting for the elevator can be quite challenging especially during check out time (10-20 mins). It also clashes with the cleaners that trying to clean the rental units in the building as well. The maintenance of the building is very poor. The wood flooring around the swimming pool are rotten and can be quite dangerous to people. Most of the chairs provided at the swimming pool are also broken. On the unit itself, they can improve on some of the area- for example the toilet (some moss noted and bad smell coming out from it) We also noted some German cockroach roaming around. A regular pest control should be done to avoid this.

I like everything.. the view, the home concept, the host, facilities with reasonable price.

The parking. For me, it's quite complicated and has caused me rm30 due to misunderstanding the designated parking area. Actually, you just have to make sure that you read the given instructions carefully. Exactly follow the instructions. Then you will be alright. One more thing, cleaner to ensure under bed floor is clean. It's worse when i open the sliding door during windy. A lot of rubbish is coming out from the below bed..

My personal view, this is the best unit that I had stayed at several units previously. Fast self check in. The agent will provide the instruction how to get the key in the mail box. Need to transfer RM100 as deposit. Parking is available at level 5. The unit is facing the ocean. Basic amenities such as body shampoo, kitchen utensils are provided. Got fridge and washing machine.

Used android box for the TV. Easier if you have your own box at home. Mine a bit difficult to operate as never use it before. Only provide a steam iron without providing the garment stand.

The apartment was clean and offered a beautiful view. It was well-equipped with sufficient facilities. One of the air conditioners had a leakage issue, but the host responded quickly by calling a technician to fix it. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions on obtaining the access card and parking, making the experience seamless 👍

Love the view so much! My family actually doesn't like how high the apartment and the parking is but for me I love it! And the bathtub? I love it so much!

It's just when it's raining hard, I don't know what sounds it is but it's too loud.. it's like a banging sound when the wind is too strong outside. So it's kind of making my family and I can't sleep haha

Easy to deal with the host, nice sea view with balcony, suitable for 1 night stay/ staycation. Overall satisfy with the price.

At first, the parking lot for silverscape was a bit confuse, but we managed to find it anyway. The host must update the passcode lock at the main door . The wooden chair provided near the swimming pool was broken and may cause hazard to the public. i suggest the maintenance staff should aware and repair to prevent injuries to other people.

The apartment was cozy, nice sea view, especially with a cup of morning coffee. Easy Check in/ Check Out. The staff was responsive in getting back on my queries. Overall the experience staying there was good.

The pillow was too soft. It will be good if cutleries were provided in the apartment.
