Space. Easy for kids to run around without knocking into stuffs. Easy to do laundry as they provide washing machine. If you love to shop at Emart, this place is perfect. Foods and drinks will be delivered right to your door if you're using food delivery app. Also, plenty of parking space. Will definitely stay here again

The fridge somehow didn't get cold, only the freezer part was working. We didn't really mind as we only stayed one night and we mostly had foods and drinks delivered.

Signboards made it easy to find as first timer driving in the area with unhelpful navigation 😂 Parking is free and plenty. Lobby, lifts, hallway smells nice and clean. Room is spacious with nice pillows (no hard ones, fluffy ones, I had good sleep) Water temperature in bathroom and aircond easy to control and works well. Lots of eateries in walkable distance. If need toileteries or snacks can buy from emart located to the side of the hotel.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were on the sixth floor and the elevator was good and prompt. The wifi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. They also let us use a luggage cart for our bags. Plus, the mall is right near by.

The bathroom was all wet when we walked in and the room had no window. We didn't wake up until 10am because of the lack of light!

The overall stay was great! Booked the rooms for a family trip, nearby most of the attractions (bintang megamall, tanjung lobang, marina city) takes 10-20 drives! Really love the facilities and the service

Nothing but a leaking bidet which will be fixed if you tell the staff.

Everything..the facilities, staff and location very strategic and free parking..affordable price for each room..special rate for gov and private staff..also for emart membership.. when travelling to kuching or back to labuan..always checkin at emart hotel..very recommended 🩵🩵🩵

Nothing that i dislike but could be improved is aircon should be service for regular maintenance..other than that excellent stay..

About the wifi,it's cannot conact at all,waisting time to download,but nothing,please make more power for wifi,and paking lot must reserve for customer who rent at ur hotel,Don't ask customer to find by them self N taking time to search the paking lot

Location is strategic. Lots of eateries & shops nearby. Not to mention airport is near too.

The floor is still wet when i arrived at my room (i arrived at 530 pm) This makes it quite uncomfortable to step on & the smell of the floor cleaner is quite strong too.

We arrive late at 9pm on 11 May 2023. The receptionist guy is very friendly and helpful. Our room aircond not so cold. He help us to change to other room without hesitation. He has made our stay very pleasant. Thank you. The family room with 2 queen beds is very comfortable.

i feel disappointed for the girl staff at the counter, night shift. with her 'not welcoming face' .. im asking few questions about surrounded area but she didn't answer me properly n show her sourly face.. maigad..
