I have the pleasure of dealing with a staff at the reception named Ms. Fatin Najiha. She is very courteous and professional. She listens politely and attends to my requests. She is friendly, caring and creates a very positive impression of Elite Hotel. I give Ms. Fatin Najiha 5 Stars for her service. Another staff that I meet is KD. He is very helpful and acts very promptly to assist. These people make my stay pleasant and memorable.

The hotel has two floors. It could be good if there is a lift. This comes really helpful if you have to lug heavy baggage up the stairs.

Location. Hotel is located in a not so busy area but near enough to eating places in town. Have shops, pharmacy, kopitiam nearby

No lift. Have to walk up to 2nd floor. A bit difficult for elderly. The layout of one of the room is a odd. The room is very big. But the double bed is placed near the outer part of the room with the bed facing the entrance. The inner part of the room is empty and it feels a bit odd like in an empty warehouse. No warm and cosy feel. Note : The other twin room is OK except there is no window

LOCATION - near to everything. You name it. PARKING - Ample FREE parking space. Got back entrance for guest so you dont have to walk all the way to the front just to get in. ROOM - the room is HUGE. When you travel with a 6 years old an a 2 years old, you'll appreciate a big room. CLEAN - very clean. Almost too clean. Credit to the housekeeping staff. VALUE FOR MONEY - for price like that, you don't expect much but good place to rest with your family. And this is it.

the bed lamp not functioning but nothing much because the room is well lit. The makeup table with no mirror. The mirror is way up the door. And the room is HUGE. Too far.

The room was very large and well furnished. The bed was quite comfortable, too. Also there was a shared fridge in the hallway. The location is good, there's a convenience store and pharmacy nearby, as well as restaurants in walking distance.

There was some noise from the machinery outside the window that was especially noticeable in the morning hours. Also there isn't an outlet by the bed, but it was near enough to reach with a long cable.

The hotel is near the old town and shopping mall. There are 99 Speedmart and few cafe nearby. The location is excellent, I just park my car at the hotel car park and walk to visit the old town. The room is clean and comfortable, WIFI is reliable and fast. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Value for money. Spacious room, hotel sited just a couple of hundred meters away from prominent Vertex Parade Mall. A couple of cafes with good coffee - one with aircon just beside hotel. There is also an excellent Chinese restaurant (Yue Fusion Cuisine) in a converted old quaint colonial bungalow just round the corner at the big traffic circle.

Value for money! Expected a 'budget' hotel room standard but was very impressed with the room and toilet size. There was FREE wi-fi, towels, toiletries, bottled water, electric kettle, packets of coffee, tea, sugar and creamer were also provided. There's a shared iron and fridge provided at the common corridor too.

Elevator would be good for the elderly who might face challenges climbing the stairs.

Staff very friendly and helpfull, especially Haziq. The one who stay at the counter and assist me for checkin/checkout. He is so kind. I love the way he treat their guest. Also for the houskeeping team, they send all request to your room not even took 5 minutes. Thanks guys.

room spacious, near to convenience store, near to mall - cwetex, near to attraction places in Muar (tanjung emas). the price is reasonable and cheap. I'm repeat customer. Parking is free. staff also humble and friendly. good experience
