Great location. Bentayan bus terminal, food street, night food market and streetart mural are a few minutes walk away. Room size is not big and alright for solo traveller. Bed is comfortable. Was given room on the top floor with a great view of the river and bridge. Check in was a breeze and staff was polite and efficient.

Bathroom is kind of small and water pressure is not great in the shower. TV programme slightly disappointing with only 4 or maybe 5 cable channels (I should be correct) and no news channel.

One word to describe this hotel "Amazing" even though this hotel is old but yet maintained so well. since I'm traveling with elderly I would said this hotel elderly friendly. The location of this hotel strategic easy access to nearest attraction (walking distance) and ample of parking space. Cleanliness superb. Definitely will come back again.

TV channel limited but not the major issues..

The location is close to bus station. And you can see the view of Muar river from the room. The interior is looked a bit old but its not so bad. The staff were lovely and its easy to take my old my mom around with accessible lift (no need to wait for it) and they also had wheelchair if you need to use it. And there are sign of Kiblat for Muslim to perform prayer inside the room.

The tv channel can be improved. Only 2 channel available (sport and animal world). And maybe can work up a little bit to brighten the lobby area to make it more appealing to people (a little bit dark and silent)

Very convenient parking and location at the heart of the city. The best water heater we've ever experienced. Convenient to move luggage with the trolley at the lobby. Everything is great

I book the room at last minute because I'm travel packer not sure will staying longer or not at Muar.. After scroll about new mural art, the suddenly appear Muar Street Mural and, this is assome. This Mural was not far where I'm staying, just 10min walking.. Here I can enjoy view of the Sungai Muar River and best part is when the sunset..

Because the hotel middle of the road so it very difficult when cross the road. Hope, one day you guys can suggest to make the zebra crossing line to make your guest easy and safety's for them.. The rest for me ok..

Rooms were spacious and had window. Bed was comfortable and had the river view. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. They provided bath soap and packets of coffee and green tea.

Not much of parking space be because its smack in the junction of two roads.

Reception staff and the parking pakcik were wonderful, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Keep it that way and you’ll do good for the hospitality business.

There are not many parking spaces available for large cars.

An old hotel but well maintained. We booked for family room with two queen bed and the room and bed are spacious. I requested for Muar river view previously and they gave me room at 7th floor and facing the river. There were tea and coffee provided together with heater. Toilet and room were clean. Comfortable stay. Muarar hotel also near to good local eateries such as Satay Renney and Kedai kopi 434. Staff also very welcoming and helpful.

Limited parking space but they also have basement parking. However, the parking quite narrow and no lift to access to lobby. You need to use stairs. Limited tv channel.
