Great location. Bentayan bus terminal, food street, night food market and streetart mural are a few minutes walk away. Room size is not big and alright for solo traveller. Bed is comfortable. Was given room on the top floor with a great view of the river and bridge. Check in was a breeze and staff was polite and efficient.

Bathroom is kind of small and water pressure is not great in the shower. TV programme slightly disappointing with only 4 or maybe 5 cable channels (I should be correct) and no news channel.

The location is close to bus station. And you can see the view of Muar river from the room. The interior is looked a bit old but its not so bad. The staff were lovely and its easy to take my old my mom around with accessible lift (no need to wait for it) and they also had wheelchair if you need to use it. And there are sign of Kiblat for Muslim to perform prayer inside the room.

The tv channel can be improved. Only 2 channel available (sport and animal world). And maybe can work up a little bit to brighten the lobby area to make it more appealing to people (a little bit dark and silent)

I book the room at last minute because I'm travel packer not sure will staying longer or not at Muar.. After scroll about new mural art, the suddenly appear Muar Street Mural and, this is assome. This Mural was not far where I'm staying, just 10min walking.. Here I can enjoy view of the Sungai Muar River and best part is when the sunset..

Because the hotel middle of the road so it very difficult when cross the road. Hope, one day you guys can suggest to make the zebra crossing line to make your guest easy and safety's for them.. The rest for me ok..

An old hotel but well maintained. We booked for family room with two queen bed and the room and bed are spacious. I requested for Muar river view previously and they gave me room at 7th floor and facing the river. There were tea and coffee provided together with heater. Toilet and room were clean. Comfortable stay. Muarar hotel also near to good local eateries such as Satay Renney and Kedai kopi 434. Staff also very welcoming and helpful.

Limited parking space but they also have basement parking. However, the parking quite narrow and no lift to access to lobby. You need to use stairs. Limited tv channel.

Rooms were spacious and had window. Bed was comfortable and had the river view. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. They provided bath soap and packets of coffee and green tea.

Not much of parking space be because its smack in the junction of two roads.

Reception staff and the parking pakcik were wonderful, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Keep it that way and you’ll do good for the hospitality business.

I'm a loyal guest for this hotel. If I want to stay the night at Muar, this hotel will be my first choice for my accommodation. It is located near all vicinity of tourist attractions. Good choice, affordable price & comfy hotel.

No breakfast provided as a complimentary for guests. Probably the hotel management can provide signature local dishes for guests to attract more people to stay in this hotel.

Location, close to many eateries outlets and view of Muar town. Historical facts around the hotel, inside and outside hotel. They even provide Kopi 434 in the room. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel Kambing Gunting has a lot to offer with extended hours and nice cool ambience and friendly operators.

Furniture a bit dated but i guess that’s common in old towns

The room & toilet is very clean...as a muslim really appreciate the additional effort in providing slippers for toilet

very strategic.. luckily for us we got Muar town view

the basement parking lot was too small, not enough parking space. the basement parking lot was too dimly light as well, felt unsafe. the toilet of the room we stayed smells bad but after we sprayed water, it was ok.
