⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri season, and it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process was smooth, with only a RM50 deposit required (cash preferred). Parking is secure within the gated boundary, and they provide a gate key if you need to go out at midnight. The location is excellent, with a Tealive right in front of the hotel and a mamak stall just a 5-minute walk away. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a balcony perfect for drying clothes. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The only thing to note is that the room was on the first level, accessible via a staircase. One of the best parts is the price—it’s so cheap, especially for a long stay! Definitely a great value for money. There’s also a pool on-site, though we didn’t use it. Overall, an excellent stay with great facilities and a strategic location. Highly recommended!

The location of the room is conveniently close to the attractions in Muar town. Moreover, the room is well-maintained and clean, and the staff members are friendly and accommodating.

The room lacks proper sound insulation, resulting in the audibility of noise from both the outside and adjacent areas. The air-conditioning in the room may not be operating at full capacity, resulting in a relatively weaker cooling effect. This can be particularly noticeable and uncomfortable, especially during the hotter hours of the day. Overall, the room is good.

Small parking area with tents. Need to be careful not to hit the tent..

we are finding a last minute place to stay overnight after a wedding dinner, I think this place serve the purpose. comfy bed, spacious room, we have a good shower and good sleep.

Got pool. My kids enjoys the pool very much

Suddenly in the midnight the water is stop. Didn't know the cause. Waiting till morning and I call the receptionist who gave the number to us earlier. And a few minutes later, the water is back to normal. Didn't know the reason, but we did enjoyed the stay.

Its a good place for short vacation. Not far from town. The rules of no slippers and shoes is make more the place is more clean and very comfortable to stay. Affordable and worthy

1) D 101 room aircond is warm although blast at lowest temperature.. 2) a buzzing sensor alwiz alarming after midnite

They responded to your request. I feel safe as they will close the main gate (as it was like a house building you see) at around 8.00p.m onwards. But they attach a remote to your room key. Room is clean and cold, plus point for me, a Tealive is just in front of the hotel.

Pretty much nothing to complain. All's good.

Great stay with my family !!! Helpful and friendly staff...clean room with basic facilities provided. Children pool for my kids to spend on the evening. Near to the city and many restaurants around here. definitely will come back again.
