This hotel is new. Very clean . I expected the noise from the Karoake downstairs will be heard very loud in my room bec of the previous reviews but surprisingly even tho my room is quite near the pub, I didn't hear the noise . I stayed two nights ..only one early morn I heard loud noises fr lorries passing by the hotel . The next morning no such noise . Room adequately big for a queen size bed room with window . No complaints there . The whole hotel occupies three shop lots I think and sufficient parking . Love that . Not sound proof but so far no complaints

About 10 to 15 mins from main town which is not convenient if U don't drive ..no Chinese food nearby only Malay foods. I will still come and stay next round if I drive to Muar. Didn't like the fact that breakfast ie nasi lemak and meehoon were in packet form though. However ,they tasted nice The tiny cafe there don't serve food except sell Maggie mee cup and can drinks .

Very near to other shop. Easy check-in and check-out, environment so nice, room just nice with minimalist concept..suitable for my small family..got spacious bathroom..can access elevator even only going level 1..and also provide breakfast..hard to find that with that price..overall my stay there is good

Not so soundproof..sometimes hear sound from outside..and just afraid my kids disturb other guest with their crying..lucky no one complain at my room😄

Convenient location, rooms were simple but had the basic needs. Staff had left air conditioning on prior to us coming as the days were too hot. Bathroom water pressure was good, water temperature was sensitive. Check-in and check out were quick and uneventful, staff were professional. Parking available and easy.

Some areas required maintenance.

The room is clean and spacious. Good enough for me.

Beside the cafe' & karaoke place. After 10.00 the parking lot was definitely full. Has to park beside the roadside or behind the hotel.

The family room was spacious and both the queen beds were comfy. Loved that they provided 4 pillows for each bed. 8 minutes drive to the town area which is great.

The water heater was only warm but it didn't bother us too much as the weather was hot

Glad that this hotel provide lift to access upper floor. Those who traveled with elder parents surely understand this. Ample parking space provided, no issue to find a spot late at night.

Probably the breakfast, I wish the hotel could make a clear & obvious remark that only packed food provided….

They didnt provide free breakfast since Feb 2024. They said already liaise with Booking.com regarding this issue but no response. Totally dissapointed, need to find breakie last minute.

Love the hotel ambience and cleanliness 9/10. The room and bathroom are quite big, clean and nice. Would definitely come here again when in Muar. A lot of parking space so can park your car infront of the hotel. Location of the hotel just nice in between from the tol exit and Muar town. Have a nice lobby/cafe downstairs. We got kuew teow and mee hoon for breakfast which were tasty. So far we are really happy with our stay. Cannot wait for the rooftop to finish renovation which will be another plus point.

It will be great if iron is provided in each room instead of only provide at the common area and need to share with other guest.

Everything, from check in all the way to check out. The entire experience was just seamless. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, my colleague and I can't really complain for the price we pay. The bed we have was really comfortable, it gave us a really good night's rest.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The pillows are comfortable. All staff are very helpful.

There's a karaoke lounge two doors away and we can hear the singing. We stayed on the first floor. I'm not sure if guests on upper floors can hear it too or not. Other than this I have nothing to complain about the hotel.
