We had a wonderful vacation staying at Telaga. After 7 nights stay, it was so sad that it’s ending and to say goodbye. We felt very welcome and treated so well. We had stayed at so many hotels this is easily the best service and treatment that we ever had. All the staff are super friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. When it comes to customer services, they set a high standard. Also they would go the extra mile to meet our needs and requests. Their enthusiasm to making sure our stay is enjoyable went above and beyond, it truly exceeding our expectations. The front desk reception help us make dinner reservations, book Mangrove tour and the car rental. The kitchen staff prepared delicious breakfast of western or Malaysian choices. The cooks will make you a healthy fruits muesli yogurt bowl upon request. The manager is so sweet and personable. We were thrilled to be invited to a BBQ on a boat and a special anniversary event held at a beachfront restaurant. It was fun and nice meeting the friendly locals. On my birthday she upgraded us to a huge king suite with a big Jacuzzi and surprised me with a birthday cake. Just want to say thank you to Rosada and her amazing team. The hotel is just 15 mins from the airport and walking distance to nearest beach. The hotel is reasonably priced and has good wifi. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. Highly recommended.

The pool area and breakfast were absolutely lovely - as were the staff! The location is on the road but it can't be heard from the rooms. The breakfast was really tasty and there were plenty of useful tips from reception about good places to go. They even have a Grab stop right outside the hotel entrance.

The bedroom walls were super thin so you could hear everything going on around you. The hotel staff were really keen to help, however - they changed our room twice! There isn't much around in the immediate, but only a short walk to the beach and to the main strip of bars.

The resort was cozy , you are greeted with cat hotel staff , very friendly and well fed , the breakfast is amazing and the pool is cozy and the facilities are clean

The walls/roof were a bit on the thin side, your neighbor being loud at 1 am isn’t something you’d want , and when its raining the roof makes a lot of noise

During my recent visit to Langkawi, I stayed at Telaga Terrace Boutique Resort and I must say it was a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the room, which was spacious and well-appointed. I loved the terrace where I could relax. The room was really big and bed was comfortable. The washroom was another standout feature of my stay. It was large and had a unique design that blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The swimming pool was the cherry on top of my stay at Telaga Terrace Boutique Resort. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a serene vibe that made it the perfect place to unwind and relax. Loved the breakfast which was served as well.

The location is a bit remote. So, you will have to walk 10-15 mins to reach the beach. Apart from a Family Mart and couple of restaurants, nothing is nearby. So, you will have to walk 15 mins to find the nearest Starbucks, McDonalds, 7/11, Bars etc which was a bit too much especially at night.

I would highly recommend Telaga Terraces to anyone going to Langkawi! The hotel is beautiful - both the communal areas and the rooms. The rooms are large, including the bathroom which has a really nice walk in style rainfall shower. All areas of the hotel are super clean, and the rooms are serviced daily. The staff are really kind and helpful people, who make the stay that much better. I liked that the breakfast was made to order, and you can ask the cafe staff to amend the set options if you are vegetarian.

Everything was great during my stay.

We had two wonderful rooms, the Telaga and Manshouri Suite. Great furniture, textiles and lights. Tasteful colors. Nice and quiet pool area lighted by candles in the evening. We had an anniversary decoration which consisted of towel art and a filled jacuzzi with foam and flowers, wonderful! Staff was helpful and fixed some light at the terrace (with an electrician?) already day after. The hotel is a true oasis from a lot of other hotels and restaurants that unfortunately tend to be quite distasteful in the area.

The breakfast was from a fixed simple menu, maybe some people expect buffet and more choices. However it turned out that more things like yoghurt could be ordered. The place is a Grab (taxi) place there are no cozy walks to the beach (downtown was generally not cozy, head for the beaches on south end with Grab). The hotel had small lunch menu (didn’t try). Maybe the should also have had a small evening menu (which they didn’t. The pool lights needs to be fixed and for next Christmas, skip the blinking decorations :-)

We love the location (just before Cenang, next to a clinic and opposite is a supermarket), the staff is super friendly and assisted with our island hopping and recommended places to eat, breakfast is delicious and big portion. The hotel is small with large rooms and on ground floor therefore no need to walk far or wait for lifts. Ample parking for our rented car so no need to worry about parking. 10 minutes from airport, 2 minutes from Cenang

If they have onsite self laundry (I may be asking for too much here) would be super great. Although the nearest self-laundry is only 5 minutes away by car.

Everything!!! The staff are amazing, so friendly, lovely and helpful. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Rosamida (Manager), Asha and Amine were so wonderful but all the staff made me feel so welcome and at home. Great room, loved the bathroom, so nice having a seating area at front of room, pool is fantastic, location is great (just a short walk to Cenang - maybe 1km) and the walk into town is so gorgeous, beach is literally right there, supermarket and laundry across the road, amazing Syrian restaurant next door. Oh and Tee and Choml were the real stars of the stay! Most divine four legged friends! I’ll absolutely be back to stay here again!

Nice, clean room with big and bright bathroom. I also really like the pool area, it's only small but has a nice ambiance. The staffs are cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The walls are pretty thin, and our room had a connecting door to the next room which makes it worse. We stayed for 3 nights and in ALL 3 nights, this old couple in the room next door kept talking and laughing very very loudly until 2-3am! We came politely asking them to lower down their voices, and then the staffs came (at least 5 times during the last 2 nights), but they never changed. We have never met more shameless people.

We loved the hotel, we stayed in the Mashuri suit which was large and looked out onto the pool. We loved being just a little out of the main area, but close to smiling buffalo cafe and the airport. The breakfast was good, and stopped us from overindulging. There is a supermarket across the road where you can pick up anything you might want, and a laundromat as well. We celebrated our honeymoon, and are so happy we did because we really look forward to returning for anniversaries in the future.

The water pressure was a bit low, and the jacuzzi took a long time to fill.
