The owners were lovely and arranged for us to hire a moped to explore the island. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near the beach with plenty of shops and launderettes nearby.

The bathroom had a leak so the floor was always wet.

Good size room, clean, good price. 5min to the beach. Hot shower and ac work well. We booked a standard room, but they were overbooked so they upgraded us for free

Very close to cenang beach which is buzzing with life and a hub for tourists. The price was very cheap in comparison to other places we looked like so felt you got what you paid. Good value for money. The staff are very friendly , they even helped me book my taxi to my next location and looked after my luggage whilst I went jetskiing.

You get what you pay for so it is on the budget side. It is located near a lot of home stays and hostels. I wouldn't walk in the area late at night on my own because there is limited lighting from cenang beach.

We booked room only. There was no option for breakfast. The location was perfect for our stay and the staff in reception and maintenance were helpful and pleasant

We stayed for 6 nights in total and the price we paid, through Booking.com, was greater than the price advertised on the hotel's website. We were woken one morning by garden maintenance sweeping leaves outside our room at 07.00. Also, the kitchen/bathroom was down 3 awkward steps from the bedroom. Nevertheless we would recommend the hotel to all ages, just book directly with them

Very comfortable beds and decent a/c. Location was excellent, 5mins from the beach and main restaurant area, but on a very quiet and peaceful street. Staff were very helpful and gave us advice on where to do laundry, booking ferry tickets and activities/places to go on Langkawi. We loved it so much we extended our stay for a night. Would recommend everyone to stay here!!

Bathroom sink was very small and there is no safe in the room.

I also booked two more nights because I liked to stay in that place. The room was clean, the air condition and the fridge worked well, free cold and hot water from the machine. The bed was also good. If I ever come back to Cenang, I will stay here. The quality-price ratio was very good!

After showering the whole floor was full of water because the floor was flat and not build the right way. The pool and sunbeds were not the best and new ones but were okay.

Generally, I was pleased. Staff are very kind. You can leave bags if you have a late flight. Rooms are simple, but had everything I needed. Location is not right on the beach, but I liked the area and the rural road that goes to the main road and beach strip. And the beach is still 5-10 minutes away and you walk though what feels like a little village full of kind, gentle people to get there. Laundry service and tailor 2 mins away. Great restaurants right there and nearby.

OYO communication and their auto-respond messages are kind of irritating. However, I understand that OYO manages the property. If you are in Cenang to party, this is not the place. If you want relaxation, it is. Finally, there are roosters and a koel (cuckoo-like bird) that often start between 4:00-5:30AM. Bring earplugs.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and even arranged a meeting with friends to chat about their visa experience. Also, when I extended my stay I was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional charge. The location was good and quiet. I felt safe. Overall, I felt like I got outstanding value for the little amount of money that I spent.

The facilities were a bit old, but I think a very reasonable value given the low cost of the room.

We were abit worried about what the property would look like due to the pictures on booking.com being limited and not giving much away. We got told by our friend however that he had actually seen the hotel and it looked nice. The room was in a little square of little chalets, we was even expecting a shared bathroom as advertised on booking.com but we had an en-suite. I am not sure if the owner isn’t too great with technology but this is a great place to stay and they should take more photos to show off the great rooms.

The only fault you could maybe give was the shower in the bathroom, however when the water pressure dropped low one time in our stay there were people on it before we had even asked about it.
