Breakfast was good, coffee machine needs tending. Dinner buffet - Good spread Wifi - It was better after calling reception for room Wifi. General Wifi was poor Front desk - accomodating and friendly

Breakfast - Milk not topped up when empty. Dinner buffet - Not all food was hot. Grilled meat area, cook reused plate with raw meat for cooked meat. Then changed to new plate. Room fixtures - needs maintenance Room hangers - needs replacement Room safe - no battery Room Aircon - needs calling to Maintenance to turn on Room TV language - Needed IT to change to English Cellphone reception - Poor coverage in rooms

The room was large and very nice, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast spread was also quite good, and there was a lot of variety. Location was convenient as it is located near to the airport, and they offer free shuttle service which requires prior booking.

The hotel could use better maintenance work, as there was a moldy or old smell lingering in the common areas. There are a lot of room for improvements for cleanliness throughout the hotel. Perhaps it would be better maintained during peak hajj-season

Bathroom was rather tired. I had to request info about the 'free shuttle' as none had been sent as a matter of routine. At some times of day they were 2 hours apart so we chose to take a taxi on arrival at KL. On our return to the airport I was made to feel uncomfortable by the shuttle driver asking for tips - we had flown in from Indonesia the night before and were taking another international flight home, so we had no Malaysian currency. It felt rather awkward!

Breakfast has various types of food, e.g. Western, Japanese, Chinese, Malay, Indian etc. but the choices are limited in each type. It is like you can choose western chicken sausage, chicken cooked Malay, Indian, Chinese or Japanese style.

Service was just so so. The airport transfer is every hour and you have to book in advance.

The Front Desk lady was kind to exrend our Check Out time since my son's Flight from Tokyo was late evening and once qe reach Hotel it was 1:30am.. Thank you.

Always could not undeestand why the Hotel has stopped their Airport Services of Shuttle Bus to and from Airport 24hrs. You already know many Flights arrive either late evening or early morning, so why must the Hotel stop this very Important Service by 10pm. Very upsetting and nonsensical. I strongly suggest the Hotel Management resume this service for those people/tourists who do not need to be inconvenienced by this. Hope the Hotel Management do bring this Shuttle Service back. Thank you for your undeestanding on this very important matter.

My room was very spatious and felt luxurious. The breakfast spread was phenomenal! I felt quite safe as a solo female traveler. The spa services were quite affordable and enjoyable!

The airport shuttle does not follow the schedule as closely as I would have hoped, I had to wait 30 mins past the agreed upon pickup time. While my hotel room was very clean, the hallways looked like they could use a little love.

The ambiance, it felt grand as you entered and walked through to the registration counter. The attending staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was nicely decorated, bedding was good and comfy and bathroom with modern facilities. I was quite apprehensive when an accompanying friend had to pay 80RM for breakfast but I suppose it was well worth as the food spread was excellent and full of varities. Oh...I visited the swimming pools...very nice, with a separate pool for females👍 Keep up the great standard!

The whole experience was great. The hotel was eerily quiet but once the free chocolate buffet started at 3pm we saw lots of other guests!! The bathroom was fabulous and so too was the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and the free airport shuttle was an excellent addition. We also enjoyed the little shop on site that literally sold everything you could possibly want!! If you need an airport hotel this is perfect!! Only 10 mins away from Terminal 1 and even closer to Terminal 2..perfect!!

The airport shuttle driver we had was rude and then asked for a tip.

The room is clean and smell fresh. The bathroom is big and the mirror lighting is excellent. There is an espresso machine in the room! Nice! The room soundproof is good that you do not even hear the sound of landing planes. The breakfast choices are good The staffs are courtiest and security guards did a good job. As its the haj season, there are a lot of human traffics but they manage to control the crowd well.

Unfortunately, the bathroom overhead shower is not working and one of the washing basin faucet is faulty (they have 2 washing basin in the bathroom😀).

Breakfast has great varieties but a bit too salty in their sambal sauce and curries was cold. We love the coffee,was tasty. Location was bit far from KLIA but with free shuttle, it was ok. Best thing was the Bedding, very comfortable bed, pillow and doona, I’d give 5stars for comfort of the bed. Room facing main roads was about of problem with noise otherwise room was perfect.

Need work on breakfast, less saltiness n warmer food would be nice.
