The workers at this hotel are wonderful people and care about the place in terms of cleanliness. They cooperate with you, give positive comments, and guide you to the places you visit. They are very diligent.As for the location, it is considered suitable for you in terms of its proximity to buses, as you do not want to pay transportation costs when you arrive from the buses to the hotel. This hotel is wonderful.

What I did not like is that it deserves to be a 10 hotel and not an 8. I was surprised why an 8 is supposed to be rated 10.

Position is good, very near to the bus station Clean enough

- Very nice owner - Bed equipped with: power socket, two USB sockets, lamp, small pull out desk with mirror and curtains that kept out the light nicely - hostel equipped with: water filter, 5 showers with warm water and 2-3 toilets per gender - quiet from outside noices (there are a lot of noices from other people but this is to be expected given the size of the dorm). - close to bus stop, restaurants and trails

- the sink in the girls bathroom was quite dirty. This was not the case in the boys one

Really great hostel, very close to the bus station of CH and all the restaurant in the main rd. The staff has been really nice with me and the explain carefully everything to me. The bed are really conformable and also the sharing room is very good, the shower was really hot. You can also wash and dry your cloths for 16 MYR. Super advised!

Sometimes the wi-fi is really slow, but I think is normal with all the people use it in the hostel. Anyway it wasn't a problem for me.

The staff who works there are wonderful. Madi and Hernan have do me feel at home at the first moment, they are very good guys and create a very good atmosphere at the Hostel. They help you in everything you can and they always have a smile. Thank you very much Madi and Hernan, if I come to Cameron Highland without a doubt I would stay with you. In the rooms there is a table, light and mirror. In the terrace there are tables and chairs where you can eat if you want. There is cold and hot water and microwave, it also be separate bathroom for women and men.

It was a very relaxed hostel. You really have your own space and its really cheap for the quality you get. Recommended!

We didn’t know how to shut off the lights so they were on untill 12 or so, but you could fix that by asking (we couldn’t because the reception was closed)

The toilet is clean & has shower in all of it it. The also have a laundrette.

The male cleaner or front officemen would come into the female only dorm to clean. They should employed a female cleaner to clean the female-only dormitory. Although they just want to clean, it's kinda scary to hear men voices in the female dormitory room cuz every box is just separated by the curtain. As a female traveling alone, it's quite uncomfortable when you know a male cleaner is cleaning beside you while you are in your thin pajama.

* Very friendly and helpful host * Nice common area to meet people * Everything is sanitized properly * Location is very good. 10 mins to the bus station and restaurants. There is a supermarket downstairs.

* There was a very noisy fan in front of our bed. But we could turn it off during the night. * No availability to pay by card. But there are a few ATMs around the corner.

We liked that it had a nice big common area, plenty of different places to sit and good wifi. The location was good that it had a 7/11 underneath and a pharmacy and it was only about a 10 minute walk out of town.

There were some aggressive dogs in the parking lot infront of the accomodation, in which they tried to attack us twice. I know not the properties issue but just for a warning

I have stayed for 2 days here, and I have seen them doing sanitization for the 2 days that I have stayed. The toilets were very clean and the beds were very comfortable too! Also, they provide a foosball table and air hockey table here so I was never bored. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would definitely stay here again :)

A bit inconvenient due to the staff requesting some time to sanitize the dorm rooms which is fine as it only took them 5 minutes to do it.
