Location is good, easy to get there, and near to makan place. The room is nice & comfy. Overall, the room is good and my kids really like the room.

Parking space / area. I struggled a bit to find parking after dinner (around 10pm onwards). I preferred to park nearby to the hotel since i have my kids with me

Every year on julai i was stay here for personal stuffs, staffs are very friendly, the place is very clean and tidy. Surrounding have some malay shops and mamak restaurant and beside hotel have 99 speedmart, if u choose this hotel for rest, very suitable.hotel facilitates and staffs never disappointed me❤️

Facilities around shop and room cleanliness

I never expected the hotel to be very nice with the cheap price I got for a last-minute booking. The front desk staff was very friendly and well-mannered and always picked up calls. The hotel have lift even though they have only 4 levels. They provided iron board and iron outside of our rooms and water filter so we could refill cold water as we wanted. Aaa loves it 😋 In our room, they provided a big mirror outside the toilet and in the toilet so we could use it at the same time, which is very convenient for us, have hair dryer and many plugs points to use also they have a lot of lamps which are in front door, toilet, both sides of bed frames, headboard bed frame and in the middle of room. They also have a lot of WiFi, but the coverage very slow, I hope you can improve the WiFi coverage.

The toilet was okay, but it needed some scrubs at every corner, and the aircond we chose 18°C but still not as cold as we wanted because it was too hot to handle the weather these days and leaking 😂

We got quite a spacious room. Location is easy to find and near to restaurants, Speedmart and 7E. I like the bed and pillows. Staffs are friendly. The hotel lobby has many sofas and seats just incase we need some time waiting before check in and out.

Parking lot is very limited and there are stray dogs around.

I like how easy it was to book without requiring us to pay first in the app. The location was good, 7e and speedmart were spotted near the hotel. We booked two rooms and it was quite spacious for a temporary stay in Ipoh. We were glad that we found another hotel to stay in.

There was some odor in the hall before going into the room that I didn't like. Maybe care for adding some room perfume? Maybe my nose was sensitive...

Easy to find, nearby with Canning. There are 7e, 99 Speedmart & mamak nearby. The surroundings to go to the hotel looks a bit scary since it's very dark, but once you reach the hotel block it's fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The parking is open space, no designated area. Since it's near the badminton court, at night the parking nearby hotel can be quite full, so you have to park a bit further. The room is not very clean, but comfortable enough.

family room have 2 single bed and 1 large bed, my room had sofa and living room space. very spacious, Room & bed very clean. First choice of hotel when I came to Ipoh, price very affordable. Strategic location

The heater not functioning well .. hot and cold hard to control The switch of TV in room 134 have short circuit Pls fix it .. it quite dangerous The short circuit make our room light directly turn off There are no fix parking place available.. it will be more better if have way to reserve parking lot for customer

All the facilities were absolutely amazing. Mineral water and towel for all guest capacity’s. Extra handkerchiefs for more hygiene. Soft bed and pillow. Television works fine. All clean including under the bed.

Hotel didn’t have any personal parking space. All the parking spot we’re sharing with other business societies. So you might be need to walk far away from the parking space.

Convenient for short stay. Received an award / recognition for the best lobby.

Water dispenser at common area instead of kettle for each room, quite a good idea for temporary/ short stay
