We just stayed the night in transit to an island so unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the facilities. The service was great though, we arrived around 11pm and there was still plenty of friendly staff to check us in. They gave us clear instructions for the morning to be taken back to the airport. In the morning they had some breakfast ready for us and made sure we knew where we were going at the airport. Great service!

Breakfast Anjali from lime restaurants was so sweet and cheerful , the chef from live station for scramble egg and dosa is friendly and raman was super helpful during our dining. Loved every moment of the experience we had for breakfast. Room House keeping Janith Maleesh was super nice to clean the room and the standard was awesome. Customer service Faan was so helpful as our flight was at night so we requested for extended hours until our flight departed. She was helpful and patience with us giving us extension at a reasonable rate. Nuha was friendly during the first day of our check in as she was nice and she explained all thing in details to us.

The hotel is in a very good location, easy access to all shops nearby, and the coffee and breakfast are very good, staff are very friendly, and attentive, the services was very good, in particular mentioning of staff named Riyaz, he gave us very good services during our 4 nights stay. Love the roof top swimming pool and bar, it has beautiful views to the ocean and Hulumale, airport area.

The cleaning chemical smell in the room was too strong, and we can hardly breath. During the day we can open the balcony door for fresh air, but night time we had to close the door, and we did not have good sleeps due to the strong smell. We did ask the cleaner to reduce that, but she said the reason for the chemical spray was to get rid of the bugs.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They would accommodate your requests as much as they can and provide you with an excellent service. They also do money exchange so you don't have to find it in other places. Breakfast is really good.

it’s awesome. rooms are good and the staff is so professional and help you with everything. amazingly delicious food at their restaurant. I was impressed not just by the taste but also the presentation of food. have tried Jen in Singapore and this one is at par with the standards.

Breakfast was great, a variety of Eastern and Western foods. The service was amazing, everyone worked to make sure we had an amazing time. Aisha at the front desk was amazing and both times we were able to check in early. We stayed here twice, once when entering the country before our boat charter and again when we got off the boat and were waiting for our midnight flight out. Great location, free transfer from the airport was really handy.

Breakfast is normal and not up to par, had a collection of nuts which is good for a nutritionist. Airport pickup is great as well as the free dropoff. The rooms are well managed and clean but did not get any room service even after a request.

We (me, my husband Yasin and my little girl) really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Especially staff was really helpfull. ANNIE who is working at the reception was extraordinary good, helped us evertime whenever we needed. On the other hand the chief at the restaurant was so kind and he tried his Best.. Thank you.. The hotel deserves 7 stars.. We definetelly recommend..
