Excellent value for price. Easy parking, great location-walked everywhere. Good selections for breakfast which was included in the price of the room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

No refridgerator or coffee maker in the room. No television channels in English. Elevators are really small but clean. Can hear a lot of hall noise in the room. The rooftop pool seemed dirty compared to the beautiful beaches in the area.

liked the matress, very comfortable, clean rooms, courtesy breakfast was fine and convenient location.

staff is limited to resolve customers needs, like room to room calls are not allowed, if you miss putting the tag in the door they will not clean the room; very strict in the check-in time for early show customers,.

They clean very well, and the breakfast is really good.

There are only 2 elevators in the hotel, and the hotel was full so we had to wait at least 15 minutos to get into one also for everything you needed it was necessary to go in the lobby and get them yourself so it was a 15 min wait to go into the lobby and get new towels. In my room there wasn’t any hair dryer.

Location and confort. Lucy the guardian is really lovely and friendly. Great staff overall.

Good breakfast spread. Walkable to malecón. Easy parking. Nice view of bay from rooms and from rooftop pool.

The elevators are really slow and small, but concierge helpfully warned us and told us about the stairs (which we used several times). A lower floor might make things easier.

It was very clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was very yummy. Love that the pool was at the top floor because the view was amazing.

The rooms are too small and it was hard to move around with my kids and definitely the beds too small. :(

Free breakfast with healthy and delicious options. Very friendly front desk staff. Elevators work by room swipe card only, and that makes you feel more secure. The hotel is also very close to La Paz marina. They spray and sanitize the luggage before we can bring it inside the building. Very organized.

Rooms are compact, but enough to move around if you are the only person staying.

Rooftop pool with awesome view. Friendly staff. Water dispenser at the lobby. Comfortable bed. Attentive and friendly cleaning personnel. Possibility to use laundry&dryer machines. Bring your own detergent.

Location far from Malecon. Could have been cheaper. Sun shine to the work desk all day. Tv not working in the evenings and they didn't fix the issue. No check in before 15:00. Breakfast was not enjoyable. Street noise even on the 5th floor.

A simple clean comfortable room with decent wifi. Easy walking distance to the Malecon. Was only an overnight stop with a horribly early morning flight. The night manager was really helpful; arranged a taxi at an unearthly hour and even laid on a cup of coffee.

No complaints. Would have liked a kettle and some tea in the room but that is pretty much unheard of in Mexico.

Excellent staff, great location, beautiful views, huge and delicious breakfast, dedicated parking and very clean facilities.

No in room safe, mattress a little too hard and no wash clothes.
