The room was big, needs some renovations, but in general was fine. Comfortable beds. The hotel has common territory with Krystal Grand, so you can use its pools and restaurants. There were themed evenings for the Day of the Dead and Halloween. I recommend to visit Palmilla beach.

Room had small details: the pictures had a broken corner, some water was licking out of the shower. The carpet in the elevator must be replaced.

Loved the adult pool and our waiter there, ANGEL, was an angel!! He was the only one catering to over 30 people drinking. He was on top of it and brought drinks before we even requested! Definitely ask for him and don't forget to tip even if it's all inclusive.

Noise by highway was a bit loud but nothing ear plugs didn't take care of. It's unavoidable if you want to be beach front.

Great location, great value, kids had a great time. They really loved the kids waterslides. Also, the bubble machine was really amazing. The food and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and smiles always on their face.

The kids club room could’ve been brighter and a larger area for them to play. Our kids did not use it. It seemed kind of dark.

The staff were awesome and helpful. they helped us to find the backpack that we lost in the property. The breakfast was great, and you can find good options in buffet. The bar was awesome

It is clearly under-staffed compared to other resorts. The sushi was ok and it could have been better.

Our server for the Mexican fiesta night Thursday Jan 16th was excellent I would like to commend him on his service A1! His name was Julio he was great and made it a much better experience! What a a great night!!!

Good staff, Rosi on the plancha for Omelets was great. Aaron from poolbar top service, Samuel and Victor super great service.

The property was clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and the pools were nice. I liked that there was some entertainment and most of the waiters were friendly and attentive. The food in the Asian, Italian and Grill restaurants was good. The ocean view from the studio suites was amazing.

The rooms were run down. Our air con and blinds were broken in ours. The sofa bed was hard and uneven. There were no dishes in the 1 bedroom suite, which was located in a separate unsecured building where people could walk in off the street. It was on a highway and traffic was loud. The TVs were small and only played Spanish channels and no Netflix. People got up at 5:30am to save pool chairs. There were no chairs on the beach.

The location was fantastic if you wanted to be on the outskirts of San Jose del Cabo The hotel is right on the beach and we were informed that you cannot swim in the ocean however we absolutely swam in the ocean every day you just have to be mindful of the waves and this may change depending on the time of hear you went. But we went over Christmas and spent every day in the ocean. The staff are hardworking and they do the best that they can. The adult pool deck is where we spent most of our time when we were at the hotel. Get up early to grab a lounger and enjoy the buffet closest to the pool. Also if you wanted snacks or Burgers brought to you at pool deck it's included in your all-inclusive just tip well for Speedy service.

Optimistic turned realist- the reviews don't lie. ROOM: We originally booked a junior suite, but then after reviewing everything on booking and other websites, we decided to stay at the Bel Air Club as it has a higher rating. This is a property attached to the resort. By staying there you are able to access everything the same as you are staying in the main resort however it is supposed to be quieter cleaner. We were "upgraded" once we got to the resort back to the main building. Our new upgraded room was located outside the garbage bins as well as the generator. Which was Extremely Loud and never stopped it sounded like a vacuum cleaner was going on in your room the entire time. About 2 hours into our stay, we recognized that the sound was never going away and asked to change our rooms. The hotel was completely booked, and our original room was sold. So we had to stay there over Christmas Eve and the next few days to follow. I can't tell you how annoying this was, so if you were ever stuck in room 4220 or any rooms close to that, I recommend you move instantly. Every other morning between 6:30 and 6:4 45, I had an alarm clock called the garbage truck that would come and pick up all the garbage dumpsters outside my room. We met some lovely people from Vancouver who were also upgraded from the Bel Air Club to the main building. As the days went on we met several people who have been upgraded to the main building from the club. The reason why is because the club was going through Renovations and only had a select few rooms open and when we met a couple that were actually staying at the Bel-Air Club we realized that it was severely loud with all the construction going on in the building. FOOD: I have dietary issues, and so I found it extremely difficult to find foods I can eat there. They don't believe in gluten-free. However, the Omelette station did save my life.

Quite standard all-inclusive. Looks well-kept in the lobby and the further you go into the property it’s in a dingy state of disrepair - broken dusty furniture and building areas - the main buffet (and food) area were particularly horrible.

We were put in a tiny room (this was supposed to be a ‘large deluxe king room) on the backside of the property, missing items that it said was included (no sitting area, no mini fridge - needed for my medication), no cups for making coffee, no tissue paper - the room definitely had been ‘ignored’ by maid services/maintenance.
