If you are looking for a secure Hotel this one has got it. You literally are given a wrist band per guest. You must wear the band at all times. Therefore you dont have anybody wondering around the hotel that are not guests. This also controls the amount of people taking over. The pools were not jammed packed like other places are because everyone takes in extra guests. And everything at this location was beautiful. just beautiful......!!!! I loved it

There was only 1 thing I didnt like. We booked a room with 2 beds and our room didnt have AIR CONDITIONING, I called the office downstairs to see if we could be moved to a room with air conditioning, and they said that NONE OF THE ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS have AIR CONDITIONING. I couldnt belive it , but I did ask some guests that we ended up chatting with on our stay. And it was true. Only rooms with 1 bed that are beach front have air conditioning.

The place is really nice. Indoor warm pool, wich is necesary in rosarito. The rooms are comfy and big, with tv. The gardens are great. Overall really nice. Nice breakfast buffets.

If you are handicap, or in a weelchair, or and elderly person in a walker this is not the place to go! No ramps at all. You have to go up.and down stairs for everything. And for the restaurant you have to go down at least 25 stairs. No elevator. This is bad. Also the menu in restaurant us limited!

They play was good is especially for family vacation for kids and adults they have everything for the whole family

What I don't like is they don't have no access for people who have a special need like a wheelchair access walking people because they Play I like it Is everything that you need or want to have in your vacation to enjoy every single minute😞😞

Location, pools/jacuzzi’s and poolside bar. Parking is easy and views are great.

More a personal issue but the distance required to walk from the room to anywhere can become annoying. The property is large and spread out with few direct paths to front office or pools typical to most large scale resorts.

parking distance and stairs to the villa are no joke, if traveling with handicap not recomendable to get a villa as there is alot of stairs to come down and has no aay for a ramp, also we went during the week with plans to habe lunch at the hotel, they said it open at 1pm went to eat somewhere else later around 3pm to grab a snack for my daughter restaurant was still closed only soda was available, bar is only open on weekends so im guessing the restaurant too, other than that everything was awsome

Really nice & big property. The only issue is if you’re booked in one of the villa’s you will need to go up & down several stairs pretty much to get anywhere in the hotel. Not convenient if you’re taking elder people or for someone overweight. I do intend on staying here in the future. 👌 Real nice place.

the staff was so kind and quick. the room and all the environment were clean. the price is reasonable. also, the restaurant and food quality was good.

everything was good except the room was freezing because there is no heater or something to warm up the room. they give you extra blankets but still, the whole room is freezing. Also, now they charge $30 for the fast line at the border to go back to the USA. it used to be free. it should be especially since we spent a lot of money there.

Coming the this hotel was extremely amazing, incredible views, really good breakfast. The customer service ON POINT, everyone was amazing great staff, great guards. The front desk clerks/agent were very nice and greeting, answering all questions, the breakfast service was amazing. The pools came in handy to relax, I will definitely be coming again sooner or later. Amazing everything, thank you Puerto Nuevo Baja hotel and villas for the stay and HOUSEKEEPING as well for the comfort and cleanliness in our room! (Aselia/Acelia). Everything was perfect!

The fact that not all the rooms carry a Microwave or Refrigerator. My son booked the reservation, but I never told him to check for these items. Every where we have stayed the room always come with Microwave and Fridge.

We liked that it was walking distance to downtown Puerto Neuvo. The bar at the pool was great! We were there with a bunch of family and had a blast hanging out at the pool!

If I had to say anything...the villas are at the lowest part of the property which means no elevator access. You have to climb down many concrete steps to get to the villas. For future, I would definitely stay here again, but just wouldn't book a villa.
