after i booked the room i read reviews that were very negative so i was worried but when i got there and saw the property for myself it was beautiful the staff was very friendly the security was awesome there are 2 security check points one off the main street when you turn in to the property and one at the gate i loved that specially since i was travelling with my wife and kids the villa was beautiful remodeled and when you go out to your balcony the beach is right there!! and i loved that they even roped off the beach i felt very safe and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and newly remodeled the pool and jacuzzi are old and the water was a bit dirty but they were remodeling that area when we were there i dont like how they charge 600.00 deposit at check in it took my bank 5 days to return the funds back to my account but i understand why that security deposit is so high being in rosarito and you get alot of 18 year olds that go there to get drunk and party alot of them cant afford to pay a 600.00 security deposit which is good for travelers like us that are travelling with our families that just want to come out to relax and eat good food

The properties location is Excellent!

My family of 11 and I stayed during the week, we were the only ones at the property and I figured why not stay another night. I asked the receptionist if we could negotiate the price for another night since no one else was staying there but ours. The receptionist denied giving me a better rate for another night. No matter how hard I tried it was a flat out No! If you plan on vacation to Rosarito just be aware that prices have gone up tremendously. Everyone is trying to make up the money they lost during COVID. Plan your vacation deeper into Mexico everything is cheaper and service is far beyond Amazing… You will definitely get your money’s worth..

It was private and very safe in a gated community with 24hr security. I would definitely stay again, but you must have a car. The Villa was so cute with ocean front-2br/2ba

It was 1 mile from the downtown shopping/beach area. Also, the price difference for BajaFest weekend was ridiculous. Our room had a hot tub, but wanted an additional $100 per night to use it.

it’s a very private area. every time you want to come back you have to show security your wrist band plus you need your card to come back to the premises, every person staying with you has to have a plastic wrist band. there is always a security guard by the private beach area. I felt safe. the Pool area and jacuzzi area is very clean.

I didn’t like that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. it gets very hot in the day time. I had to open the front and back door just so air can circulate, there’s fans and ceiling fans but it’s hot when the sun is hitting your window all day and evening.

The security is strict but it makes you feel secure. It’s right next to the beach. You can sit outside in the back and look at the ocean. You can barbecue there and relax on the chairs or at the table . If you want to go swim? You just walk into the ocean. The staff was good. Our room was cleaned. The spa looked nice but we didn’t have time to get in it. Above all I had a good time and so did the people that went with me. I recommend it if you want to have a relaxed vacation. If you want to get wild and party. You need to go somewhere else.

I couldn’t smoke there. No smoking facility. If you like to smoke? Don’t go there. You can smoke off the premises. It was fine with me.

The property is well taken care of extremely clean.

this is my second stay here. On my first stay we were charged for parking (we use) but it clear states free parking and for reserving the jacuzzi which we didn't even use. On our second stay we were charged additional fees for "opening and drinking the bottle of wine" which we didn't. I called the property to they hung up on me. i called twice and after my first call and I got no answer. we love the place, but we decided we won't return because somehow we always get additional charges.

Great beachfront location with a open view of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Both rooms had ceiling fans but no central heat. There were individual room heater in the living room not in the bedroom. We moved it to the bedroom and it shut off and wouldn't come back on again. The kitchen lacks cooking pots/pans. Would be great if they had electric water kettle for making coffee etc.

Everything was perfect, staff where very helpful and kind. Villas with access to the beach, me and my friends went for a festival which was like a 20 min walk but the staff let me know they had complimentary transportation from 2-11 on a razor. That saved us time and money. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

I loved that it was right next to the beach it was very clean and very close to a lot of restaurants and stores

I didn’t like how the security in the front business next to the gas station was pressing us about my room number when we showed him our wrist bands when we were on our way to go eat dinner made us feel uncomfortable

Received full security deposit back, despite poor reviews. It’s possible those bad reviews are from competitors or from large groups who damaged the room. I also liked the room, which exceeded my expectations with its decor, cleanliness, and upgraded appliances. The location, staff, and amenities (jacuzzi, beach games) provided at the property are all great! Felt safe - security did a great job!

Location is hard to find with no signs posted on the street. I recommend Google mapping the entrance before your visit.
