THE BAD APPLE THAT RUINS EVERYTHING: There is a nighttime security guard named Javier; he will do anything possible not to help you and will make all kinds of excuses for the facility (upon some investigation, I learned that he is the manager's favorite friend). This individual ruins your stay by being rude and mean. I guess he is covered to do whatever he wants to guests.

The area is like an industrial district and there is a funky smell on the street. But once you are in the hotel premises it is beautiful. I was driving so I love the idea that the garage was gated and there is a 24/7 security, I slept much better. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is great. Staff was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

The fact that there is some trucker activity in the area with some occasional loud honking. It didn't keep me from sleeping. But if I wasn't as tired as I was it probably would. So something to keep in mind if you a light sleeper.

The staff is always eager to help and point you the right direction when you have questions, the front desk personnel are great; and the security staff are outstanding( Morning shift). The housekeeping lady and supervisor (5th floor) are understanding and fast to respond to requests such as extra towels, etc. The free b-fast is not the best in the world, but what do you want for free? El Comal offers an outstanding B-fast buffet for a fee, which is worth it, and the hostess is great.

1. The internet service at the 5th. floor was out of service; this is the second time in three months that I have been there. It was fixed at a later time. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the rooms, only fire sprinklers, and the Mexican norms do require smoke detection. There is smoke detection in the corridors, but it does not appear to be working.

1. The free breakfast is good for free, but the buffet was better for the price. 2. The staff at the Comal restaurant are excellent. 3. The security staff are eager to help. 4. very safe parking, even at the front of the Hotel Will return.

1. The rooms above the bar are super noisy; the bar is open late, and the music is very loud. 2. I requested hand towels and floor towels because there were only two towel's in the room. The request was made twice at the front desk to two different people, but I never got them.

Installation style

The restaurant waitress step in front of me,trying to say I have a balance, for a juice my girlfriend order and a water bottle, we paid for it and she didn't know, the water bottles are out in the table as part of the buffet, but there's nothing to said you have to paid separately for that. It was annoying dealing with the waitress, I left the receipt in the table were I show I paid for the extra.

Great location! Went for the weekend and didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but my girls loved the pool and the continental breakfast was so good! They had a variety of food not the usual which we liked. Staff was very nice. Private parking was also a plus

Only thing I would say is that they had a water dispenser on every level you could go out and fill your container but if you wanted ice it was all the way at the bottom by the pool and check in.

The pool. The staff. The food. One room I booked has a kitchen and the staff let us borrow some cooking pans to use. The ice despenser is just in front of the room that was assigned to us. All staff are very helpful. The room was clean when we arrive.

One room I booked was supposed to have two beds and one sofa bed but the room that was given to us was only one bed. And there are no blanket for the sofa bed.

All people were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 AM. We were there at 6 and was not ready. We left at 6:25 and we found the food getting ready on the way out. Also room did not have supplies to take a shower (shampoo, body wash, etc.)

Everything! This property was stunning and gave us a real taste of Mexico. On-site restaurant open from breakfast until 11pm with the best rib eye steak we’ve ever eaten then late night entertainment. Day time all you can eat buffet with everything imaginable for around $10 per head. Incredibly inexpensive for the quality and quantity offered. Hotel breakfast was in a beautiful dining room and again, the food was sensational. These people work so hard and long hours and yet nothing is too much for them. This hotel gives a whole new meaning to great service. we will definitely be back.

no refrigerator in the king suites and ice machine not working.

The location is perfect for our needs. The room was very nice, quiet and plenty of hot water. We had dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. The meal was excellent and the service very good.

We had breakfast the next morning at an auxiliary eating room. The room was small and very busy, but the wait staff were excellent, and very pleasant. However, the room is overused and getting a bit dingy with food stains on the table cloths and chairs. The food at breakfast was just mediocre.
