It was such a property and great for the value. It is a bit far away from city centre like 10-15minutes walk, but it's on the hill and you can enjoy panoramic view from the terraz at propety. The room is small but super cozy and comfortable. They also offer free coffee in the room, one of the best was taking my hot coffee to the rooftop and looking at the whole city!! I can recommend this hotel for 100%.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was well-designed, and comfortable, with ample closet space. Good Wifi. The hotel has a terrace which affords outstanding views of the city.

The only possible issue is that the hotel is perched on a steep hill, making it difficult for guests to arrive on foot from downtown. However it is easy to find a taxi and there are frequent public buses that stop close by. Walking from the hotel to downtown is a pleasant downhill walk that takes about ten minutes.

the o Ku thing was that I asked the staff for a taxi for an early departure and they gently said it was programmed. but in the morning there was no taxi, and there was nos staff in the office and de hotel doors were closed so I couldnt get out until after several minutes calling on the phone someone came. I was lucky to find a taxi passing to get my bus

I like the size of the room and how clean it was. I felt secure and looked after by the super kind staff. They were very friendly.

I really wish this place had some kind of coffee or juice in the morning--this is difficult because there is nothing right on the street. Also, you are locked in during the night which is very safe but then you have to make noise in the morning if you want to go out early. Be aware of the rooster that crows all night long (sometimes starting at 2am) and traffic on this busy street. It's also up a very steep hill. This is great for some exercise but I ended up taking taxis up most of the time (60 pesos from the center). There's also a bus for 8 pesos at the time of writing.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I like that there is a fan and a vanity inside the room and the shower was very nice. It was also spacious and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop terrace is really cool.

The room could’ve been a little cleaner. I woke up with someone else’s hair in my mouth at one point.

I enjoyed the staff, the lovely and comfortable furniture, and the little “bed and breakfast” feel of the place. Fantastic!

Very well designed and maintained! It’s super clean and got all amenities that we need. The bed is comfortable and they offered two kinds of pillows which is so important and rare! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, even though they don’t speak English they used Google translate and tried to help us as much as they can.

There are roosters around and they are crowing a lot, but they offer earplugs which is helpful.

Very nice staff. The architecture is very interesting.

If you are with small children or seniors, I find it a bit dangerous with all the stairs. Funny thing, a rooster nearby was waking everybody at about 3-4am.

Beautiful rooms, funky building, friendly staff :)

There is a little bit of noise at night but I still managed to get a good nights sleep (it’s worthwhile to bring some ear plugs).

good location walkable to downtown, great attention to detail, they gave us water bottles. the room was cute. the TV was huge. generous sized room.

street noise was a little loud but the hotel had a fan in the room which worked well for white noise and they also gave us ear plugs.
