The property was beautiful. The renovation of Of the 300 year old building was very high-quality The few stairs before the ramp to the accessible room were going to be a problem until Jesus promptly built a ramp to get up the stairs and a ramp for us to take out on the town. It made the stay possible.

The “handicap” suite was very nice however I had no Grabarz in the shower or by the toilet, did not have a mirror low enough for a wheelchair user, and had stairs for the ramp.

Breakfast wasn't included, so we didn't eat onsite. Room was nice and great location.

I wish there was parking included. As advertised the hotel states "Parking", but upon booking and arrival there was no parking. Very hard to find spaces in San Miguel to park, ended up parking on street 0.4 miles away (to save the costs of the small private parking lots which can be quite pricey).

Doors are closed after 10pm until 9/10am Entry is filled with garbage from the restaurant and upper level bar, until a truck picks it up at 10am In order to get to lobby, have to jump over people in line for restaurant, crowded from 5 to 9pm

Nice place, comfortable and clean.

We need to go through a restaurant to enter. Good coffee maker, but no water, no coffee pods, we have to ask for it, additional coffee pods needs to be bought. No iron, no hair dryer. They have a security guard who acts like a policeman, dont let us in till I explain him that we have a reservation and need to check inn .

the receptionist very nice and . very helpful and caring . specially the guy receptionist. very respectful and caring .

to get to the hotel you need to pass by the restaurant . I never experience this rudeness in Mexico never in my life . the security men it was super super rude and the host at the restaurant .never coming back to this hotel Because the restaurant people

I read some reviews and I got a little worried about the noise, but I have to say the hotel, the staff and the location exceed my expectation! I stayed for 2 nights and even I saw that the roof top has a great ambience, I didn't heard any noise when I went to sleep. Perfect location! Staff super friendly and happy to help!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and new towels everyday. Good location to all the shopping and the town center.

One AM no water. It was under repair. The problem was corrected by 11AM

Hotel is one block from the central square. An ideal location. It is inside a restaurant under two terrace restaurants/clubs. Staff is very helpful. Arrangements for early morning departure and almosy 2 hour trip to the nearest airport were flawless.

Hotel is under two roof top restaurants/clubs with very loud 'electro' music until nearly 11:00. Very noisy until then.

Location is perfect, only few steps from the main square. Room small but confortable Staff is so friendly, try to help all the time. Nice experience.

Breakfast is not available on site. Lack of parking lot.

Everything. Lot more beautiful than what you see on picture. Rooms are very comfortable and clean Excellent service. Church Around the corner, perfect for tourists no driving need. 100% recommended
