Beautiful property - stylish, modern, clean, comfortable. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Courteous employees who all spoke English. Less than a block from the main square but quiet nonetheless.

Nothing, it was fantastic

The location in the heart of SMA was perfect for our purposes. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable; water pressure was excellent. Amenities in large containers to reduce plastic, which I like. Turn down service with a beautiful little treat was an extra touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied.

The only thing that was a little odd is that our rooms opened into a small interior courtyard that had a glass roof. We had operable windows, but it was a little challenging to get fresh air in the room. I found the heating and a/c unit (as well as the lighting system) a little complex…but I chose not to ask for a tutorial, which I’m sure they would have been happy to provide. It’s a lovely boutique hotel that is fresh and interesting.

This hotel was incredible. I just feel in love with everything. From the hospitality of the staff to the appointments in the room. This is probably one of the most charming places I have ever experienced. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Housekeeping took such great care with cleaning the room. The restaurant staff was always so friendly. The fresh pastries at breakfast weee so delicious. And the smell of their bath products are divine. I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel.

This is so minor it’s ridiculous. The only change I can suggest is the location of the make-up mirror. It’s in an awkward location plus I couldn’t reach it as it was positioned to high.

The location was perfectly located around the corner from El Jardin and all the Halloween and Dias de los Muertos activities. A very convenient location to enjoy the city and relax afterwards, or take a break and rest after shopping and touring the many boutiques and historical sites . Food and drinks were delicious. Breakfast is more than enough to eat! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street festivities but the room was still quiet. Bands play until 10 pm some nights so if you go to bed early the noise from inside the restaurant could be challenging. The fireplace in the room and having Netflix on the tv were nice touches!

While it is a very nicely appointed hotel, the only downfall were the bathrooms. The showers have a “ floating “ stone floor over stones. If you drop your soap, you may be out of luck! Also the hot water was sometimes not so hot. We really appreciate the magnifying mirror, but it was located on the wall behind the door such that it was nearly impossible to use. The sinks need new calking and bleach. Overall, the room was very nice.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel entrance/dining area was vibrant and beautifully decorated. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was the perfect pressure! We wanted to take the shampoo, conditioner and soap home because they smelled so good. The hotel left little treats in the room at check-in and once again in the evening, which was a lovely surprise! Finally, the hotel front desk was very helpful in arranging a driver for our trip back to CDMX and one of the hotel staff insisted (despite our protests) on carrying our heavy suitcase to the end of the street for our pickup, and he refused to take a tip from us. We were blown away by this hotel!

The breakfast was outstanding—hearty, warm, and full of variety, with a selection of fruits, cereals, and juices to complement the meal. You can enjoy everything from an Americano to a Cappuccino with your coffee. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the street in front of the building. They also offered a mezcal tasting and a complimentary cocktail for each of us. Overall, it was an incredible stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the location was close to everything. So convenient! Our room was beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Visually perfect!

Breakfast was a mixed bag. Items on the menu were odd or cold. I ordered the açaí bowl and was served a large bowl of berry sorbet. My husband ordered pancakes that would have been great had they not been stone cold. The fresh fruit, baked breads and coffees were delicious, though.

Everything was on point. Starting with the beautiful decor of the entire hotel and the welcome gifts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the smell of everything in the room including the body lotion was amazing. The attention to detail when it came to room cleaning was on point. The fire place made it so cozy and the snacks were delicious. Aurea from the concierge was extremely helpful in providing transportation for us to get from CDMX to the hotel. The location was also the absolute best.

Wow - beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of the city. Our room was beautiful & the staff was fantastic. There is a great bar/restaurant as well as a wine & whiskey shops in the hotel. Also, the rooftop pool, while small, was charming. There are many bars, restaurants and shops in the area.

Our room faced the main street and it was a bit loud at night. Otherwise, not one complaint about this amazing hotel. Thank you for making our visit wonderful.

Great location and friendly staff! Food was great in the restaurant too!

The bathroom shower was strong but it leaked terribly on the floor and the shower was very slick. The shampoo container fell in the shower from the shelf and they required me to pay for it -$45!!! It was just the plastic dispenser that broke.
