The staff were lovely and very friendly. The design is very stylish and everything worked well in the room, which was spacious and comfortable. Nice quality bed linen and bath products. Lovely communal areas too. The light breakfast was good for me (small fruit plate and toast), but might disappoint people who prefer something more substantial!

It seemed like there was a skeleton staff. The pool area was largely unattended when I went, and the pool itself (a plunge pool really) needed a little TLC.

The clean stylish interiors and trendy atmosphere attracted me. Casa Hoyos is quite all rounded. Staff there are THE BEST and a plus was getting to meet the owner’s dog:) We really liked the rooftop bar as well. Location was spot on. Central to all the places we needed to visit. Highly recommend-as I’d most likely return next time I visit SMA!

Fireworks were LOUD. Woke us up in terror. Only that one morning though. They provide earplugs but wasn’t enough to mask the booms. I also wished they could have a better variety of breakfast selection. Hot water for my tea takes a while to arrive as well.

Beautiful boutique hotel! The best I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was well cleaned every day and small attention to details made it such a superb stay, like a dress steam service, robes and slippers, and fountain shower heads in the bathroom. Hotel is immaculate.

The design and the location of the property were amazing! The staff were all fantastic! everyone was very helpful and always around for questions.

the bar on the roof was fairly loud Friday night, but we only cared because we had a very early flight out. If we didn’t have to wake up so early it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Centrally located. The staff is nice.

lots of noise at night (sounded like people moving chairs around up on the rooftop) but it was quite noisy even after 10pm. I would not recommend staying here for anyone who is a light sleeper.

The staff is really exceptional here. I stayed for a week and they were always accommodating to all requests, making helpful suggestions along the way. The location was perfect and right in the center and walkable to everything.

The rooftop terrace is gorgeous but if you want to go to bed early beware that on the weekends you can hear the music playing and people talking until 11pm.
