stylish, cool atmosphere, fully equipped hotel and rooms in a great location. Abraham, Diego (restaurant) and Rosie are great.

Front desk staff are not very interested in providing the right info. upon checking in, they did not offer to explain the hotel facilities (gym, spa), so we had to go to our room and check the hotel manual to learn that, for example, the hotel had an on-site gym and even a gym pass for a larger, better equipped offsite commercial gym. the hotel has cool events (such as craft beer tasting evenings) which one has to enquire about as front desk staff have no interest in mentioning, let alone have the right information on the cost and times. room 405 had a poorly working A/C and a leaking shower, which should be checked by maintenance. Ixel could be better trained to properly welcome guests upon checking in.

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely design everywhere you look. The staff was very accommodating and kind. My room was clean, quiet, and cool.

The hotel does seem a bit overpriced given the market. Competitor hotels are less expensive.

Beautifully designed hotel space! Excellent staff, food was delicious, drinks were good!

Nothing, really. The room's balcony was really close to the window of the other room, so a lack of privacy. But I would totally stay here again!

beautiful design and grounds. friendly staff but not always the most attentive. breakfast on the terrace and happy hour by the pool were the best parts of the day. Zenguele coffee shop off of lobby made an exquisite cappuccino.

The uniqueness of the arrival experience, the lobby is inside an registered landmark mansion , typical of the area, a former upscale residential neighborhood know as Colonia Americana. Staff is well trained and service first class. We have many guest coming for business or visiting and everybody enjoyed the common areas , specially the roof top pool deck and the small huerto, great for entertaining kids. As a bonus , the hotel is walking distance from the very active night life hub on Av. Chapultepec.

Rooms may be a bit tiny (however they’re quiet, and the interior layout is excellent), that is common in many boutique hotels; therefore if you keep in mind this is a one of kind experience, could be a very enjoyable one.

the service at the restaurant is usually bad. it has gotten better since i was last there, but its still not good. having to ask for the same things every morning is annoying. can i get water, can i get salt and papper? can i get a spoon? can i get a napkin...over and over, if you bring coffee, please bring the sugar. dpnt make me ask for it everytime. its annoying. I ordered a coffee to the room and the waiter didnt bring sugar or milk....so it just extra work on your part. go back and get it.

besides bad service in the restaurant, the place is awesome. awesome design and the pool is warm and good.

pool is really small and is more of a dipping pool. all the pool furniture is run down and looked a bit dirty.

The location was nice, spa treatments were wonderful as well as rooftop yoga. The restaurant had great food.

I thought we got free breakfast but that was never told to us so we ordered room service. The wine pours in the restaurant were very very small.

I loved this boutique hotel. A gem in the city.

unfortunately the pool was not open during my stay and it was part of the reason why I chose this property. there is also a club near hotel which gets loud but they do provide ear plugs.
