Location, space at the room, restaurant (kind of high priced)

One of the cleaning lady’s went through my wife’s purse, she didn’t take anything because she had Colombian money, maybe she didn’t recognize them, but all my wife stuff were misplaced, that was terrible situation, we were just at the pool 25 feet away. While this lady was doing the cleaning. Another thing that happened to us, after five days at the room, they booked our last night for someone else 😡

Breakfast was just some croissants and water. Food was very good and reasonably priced - at restaurant, pool, or room service. drinks were rather expensive. GREAT location, Bruno and Octo just 1 block away, SSAM nearby. Nice pool area, balcony on 2nd (1st floor in MX) overlooking pool was fun. Oxxo 1.5 blocks away. not too far from Centro, and close to Centro Magno (walking) and Gran Plaza (50-60 peso uber)

Drinks were pricey like 160 or 45 for cerveca, but Oxxo was nearby for drinks on the balcony.

Location is perfect nothing is far and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hotel is nice, few rooms and good service. Rooms are spacious and ours had a nice balcony. Pool with heated water open until late night.

Only thing we didn’t like is the minisplit was making loud sounds in time to time waking us up. We told about it to the front desk girl, and we would stay again here for sure.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, The pool and jacuzzi were a great surprise, The hotel is very quiet and ideally located near the main points of interest. The team was very friendly and helpful during the stay.

The cleanliness could be better in the room. The steam room was not functioning properly during my stay.

Very professional, helpful and courteous staff. High comfort level. Pool is really great, with warm water, and the pool courtyard lovely at night. Restaurant chef cooked for you anything you wanted from the long menu. I stayed almost 2 weeks and it felt like home, only more luxurious.

The water from my shower leaked ontp the bathroom floor when I had it on full blast. But this was the only thing wrong, otherwise all amazing!

Everything looks just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel

They should provide more coffee, they only allowed me to have one pod of Nespresso for free. Not asking for unlimited Nespresso but a pot of free cheap coffee by the lobby would be nice.

I’m a person that relies heavily on reviews so please read this one if you are debating on staying here! This hotel was fantastic! Super clean, safe and quiet area. The security guard outside is great, and its not difficult to ask them to open or unlock the gate. The rooms are trendy and so is the waiting area. The pool is AMAZING and has a bar to purchase drinks and alcohol, pool towels are included. Online also mentions the pool closes at 9pm but everyone hung out until much later and it was fine — I’m happy you can enjoy it all night. I read a lot of complaints of no hot water in the showers but when I showered at night it was VERY hot. In the morning was cooler but still not cold.

My only complaints is that I chose to stay here for the jacuzzi and it was COLD. The pool is heated and honestly felt warmer than the jacuzzi. Also, the bed has very hard memory foam pillows that aren’t very comfortable but I noticed each bed in our room (21) has 1 comfy pillow also thats softer but the other 4 are hard. We also requested a room away from the pool and service room because it gets loud and our room was very quiet.

Great boutique hotel. Comfortable beds and good showers. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Lovely terrace, bar and pool. Very good location in leafy residential area, but close to first class restaurants.

My room was not cleaned by the time I returned around 3:00pm. Very surprised

The hotel is beautiful and the environment is super relaxing. The gym could be better. The sauna is amazing and the massages were to die for! The pool in our room is more like a big jacuzzi. We felt kind of bad to fill it up with so much water and having to empty it after only using it once. A bit dirty and you can't warm it up after it cools down. At the pool, we asked for Jack Daniel's and we were given something else and still were told that it was jack Daniel's but it wasn't. Our waiter gave himself a tip a few times. We decided to leave it because he was always checking on us. We would have left more tip but since he decided to write himself a smaller amount we left it as that. He also washed our car and was helpful so he deserved a tip. It was just how things were done that we wished there was better communication. We do not like to get a service and not leave a tip but we also do not like when the tip is included without our consent. Make your own judgment, I'm just stating facts. The front desk personnel was amazing, attentive and helpful. The guy that checked us out was so patient and helpful when we were trying to figure out the total amount. We would stay here again. We truly enjoyed this hotel a lot. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was so kind and helpful! The manager provided great tips and gave us a great welcome. And the morning cook provided a super delicious breakfast with an amazing salsa! Yum!

The location was amazing. The staff was super helpful, and the inside was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, and it felt very historic.

We booked some day tours from the hotel, and we were disappointed in some of them. They did not all take us where we were promised, or our time was cut short in the main cities.
