I like that it has plenty of amenities like the gym and coffee shop in the lobby, and love the location, you're not too far from all the best restaurants in Guadalajara. You have plenty of Restaurants within walking distance, and other just a short Uber ride away! Plus the area is super safe!

Probably need more American sport channels on their cable service.

All in all a great hotel. Have stayed at the hotel for both work and when visiting Guadalajara with my family various times. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is centraly located with great parking possibilities and close to various malls and resturants. The food at the hotel is really good.

Maybe better ligthing in some areas of the hotel. Some areas could need some renovation. Better bar area in the loppy; it could be more private. But all in all a good hotel, that I usally recommend to others that are traveling to GDL.

I would recommend more organization from the housekeeping lady’s, they knocked on the door every day at 9am to check if there was somebody there and that wasn’t very nice.

The location is awesome. The staff is very responsive and attentive. Keep it up.

I had a late check out for 2:30pm but I think the rest of the staff didn’t get that message because they knocked in my room like 6 times. The AC is as not cold enough. More control over temperature would be great.

Amazing staff, so kind and helpful and quick response. The location was really good, easy to get places by Uber, quite central to places we wanted to go. Beautiful hotel lobby. Room service quick and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. The room itself was super clean and lots of room. Fast elevator!

It seemed like our particular floor hadn't been updated in awhile, especially the hallways. The bathroom fixtures weren't very new. My daughter really wanted a nice bath but it was almost impossible to put in the stopper.

Clean, comfortable, overall a good experience. Located right at Minerva with $3 USD Ubers to Zona Americana & $9/10 usd to the zoo. They also.stored our luggage after checkout with no charge.

My room had no windows to stare outside and the check in was a bit slow.

The restaurant inside the hotel has a nice choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great daily room service, the structure is not brand new but well kept

Bathtubs definitely need anti-slip mats. Friends mother fell on her head in shower and fortunately nothing happened. Underground Parking is public (not owned by hotel). Nobody mentions that. $4 a day.

Bkfst at the 14th floor was a bit simple, I wish the menu had more variety, for an exclusive area has not a lot of choices...

All necessities were met and the staff was very nice.

The property is a bit out dated (tv’s, central AC) but it fulfills its purpose.
