This hotel was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. The kids activities were nothing fancy but just with my 3 year old needed besides a pool and a playground, thank you to Monserrat from the kids club for being so sweet with my girl. The room was comfy and the breakfast and lunch buffet were great, The dinner buffet and the Italian and Mexican restaurant were decent. My 9 month old baby loved the food there haha The location was perfect, close to the airport and so pretty. I highly recommend it.

If I have to nitpick... we were a bit lost since this was our first all inclusive experience, so we didn't really know what was available to us, we had to find out little by little. The drinks were weak which might be disappointing for some but it was not a big deal for us. The Asian restaurant food was underwhelming and service at the Mexican restaurant was really slow.

Sonne staff: Rafi, Nacho, & Jessi &staff were excellent. Asian restaurant manager (Cristi) and outstanding new chef have made it my favorite at FA!

The staff was incredible starting with Ernesto the restaurant manager to all his team they were friendly, helpful and we had great service. Included in these people and I know there were more. Patricia and Yuliana were so attentive as well as, Joni, Andreas, Rafael, Ignacio, Cruz, and Andria. The food was always delicious. On the front desk was Monica who was so helpful. The room itself was beautiful with great view and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back.

Nothing I didn’t like, this was my 6 visit over last 25 years. It just keeps getting better.

Breakfast was actually my Favorite experience of all @ your resort. I was the first in and my party and partner that i came with were allowed to camp out almost till lunch in a section that was referred to as the 9exclusive) section @ no additional charge. because of this we all made sure to show your gratitude to all the staff that made us feel like kings and queens all day.

Check in time. I really was exceptionally sad about that. We were lucky to already have someone staying there for a couple days prior. But waiting 3- 4 hours to get into our room was rough after a full day of travel.

Nice facilities and wonderful swimming pool at the sonno club as well as the staff there.

1. The hotel decreased its quality: sink clugged, the lock box without battery and tool one hr and a half for someone to bring new ones, elevators without ac and that work intermitently, the rest areas on each floor without ac. 2. The sonno club has only 6 umbrellas. If you are a little late, they don't have umbrellas available and if you want sone shade, BE READY TO PAY 45 DOLLARS PER DAY. Yes, in an "all-inclusive" hotel.

We just came back from our stay in Fiesta Americana, and all we can say if that we were very happy with all the staff there, they made our stay with our 7 old month baby very pleasant and confortable. The team at the breakfast restaurant was always super friendly and attentive to us. Greetings to all the guys working hard there that helped us: Alejandro, Gume, Eduardo, Rosalio and many others that I did not get their names. They were all great!. Also Miguel and Alejandro from El mexicano restaurant were awesome!. And we also received great service at the pool, greetings to Yonni and Sergio for helping us and being so attentive. A special thank to the captain of the restaurants (I did not get his name) for helping us on getting us a microwave in our room, something that made our stay with our baby so much easier, super super thanks!

My only complaint goes to the pool music at night that you can hear from the room, something that can be solved easily

Loved the location, the property, the majority of the restaurants, and the facilities. The closeness to the Malecon and Zona Romantica was great as well. Pool setup and outdoor spaces were gorgeous. Short ride from the airport was a plus also.

Service was a little slow everywhere. Also, the reservation system for restaurants and pool seating could have been better. It was difficult to not be able to reserve anything in advance or have any sort of ability for a concierge service to help you. Having to try and get down to the reservation hut as soon as it opens and battle crowds of people for everything the day of was chaotic.

the rooms were nice and the AC in the rooms was awesome after a day out in the heat and sun. the resort is beautiful inside and out. the beach is clean and wasn’t busy so that was nice when ya went down to swim there. The beach staff we had (Yanni, Luis, and Jessica) were amazing!

the food was decent for all inclusive and the drinks were good. the persistence on sitting down with you for a half hour to talk about the membership and time shares or whatever they were. 90% of the guests are t interested but they called me at 9:30 the one morn to meet on it and then she stopped me two days to ask me if I wanted to look at it, but with another staff person. I’d also skip the massages in the spa.. that was a total wast of time and was more like a rundown. my friend said his was the same.

Wonderful stay. The staff in all areas (concierges, bars, buffet, restaurants, spa, beachfront) couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Daily room service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious as was the Mexican restaurant. Location is perfect - easy to get into town, beachfront on a quieter part of the bay. We didn't upgrade to the "adults only" options and didn't feel like we missed anything at all - same wonderful service for everyone. Definitely recommend.

The Asian-style restaurant food was disappointing and lacked flavour (but the staff were terrific). We were disappointed to miss the Mexican fiesta held on Friday nights - we were told it was in the lobby but it was in room a short distance away. Signage, or staff members directing people, would make a big difference.

We had a group of 12 and check-in could not have been smoother. Then we had amazing food at the Italian and Japanese restaurants. The Cevicheria had a decent variety of fresh seafood and the best shrimp tacos ever! Our kids had little ones, so the room service was a blessing. As always, there is a variety of pillows, and the mattresses aren't too soft or too firm. The room temperature is easy to adjust. We went in October and had weather in the high 80s daily. The beach has palm trees and lounge chairs, so you are just a few steps from the warm ocean water. After the beach, we would go to the pool where we were again waited on hand and foot. Best of all, the swim up bar is now open. What stands out the most though is your amazing staff. They make the whole Fiesta America experience complete. Everyone from the front desk, pool bar, restaurants, to housekeeping, always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to please you. Can't wait to go back again next year!

The breakfast buffet has gone down in quality from the previous years. The most disappointing was the fruit juices. The orange juice, lemonade, aguas frescas, were all made from a low-quality concentrate and tasted horribly. We have always had fresh squeezed orange juice, and this was the highlight of breakfast. Please bring back the fresh orange juice. We like to go early to the beach, so we usually arrived about 1 hour before the buffet closed so not all the food selections were available.
