We very much enjoyed the pool, which was partially shaded from direct sunlight, and was cleaned every morning. There was a safe shallow wading pool that emptied into the larger pool creating a constant waterfall ambience. The apartment layout and floors were very easy to maintain. The grounds throughout the Zen Harmony compound were well-kept and very peaceful. The streets around Zen Harmony had many, many restaurants from up-scale to very small. The smallest restaurants were excellent, and offered a very wide variety of food from pastries to many varieties of Mexican and non-Mexican food. Several convenience stores and big-box stores (OXXO, Costco, Comer, Soriana) for food and other necessities are located within easy walking distance.

Oven (gas) didn’t work. Couldn’t lock deck door. Deck umbrella couldn’t be fully raised because of some broken connectors. AC unit in one bedroom gave EL OC error messages if set to 24 degrees or above.

Nice clean pool area, covered area with lounge, lots of sun beds, and bathrooms. Quite part of city, didn't hear any traffic or people. Good little places to eat nearby. Close enough to beach. Easy direct walk for 40 minutes to an hour along shoreline all the way to get to center of town. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. My airconditioning worked and we had hot water.

No kitchen supplies like cloth, towel and soap. Like really! People don't want to have to purchase all those things. Old pots and pans worn out. Get some new ones. It's definitely a bit outdated but they are in the process of fixing the place up. Currently the price is right and well worth the discount for the small annoyances.

Good value for Vallarta in a nice area near the Hotel Zone, with a reasonably short walk to the beach. Apartments are spacious and clean. Kitchens are well-equipped. Pool is small but quite nice. The complex feels safe, with a security guard at night. Staff are friendly.

Even for shorter stays (we stayed for six nights), it feels more like an apartment rental than a serviced accommodation. Staff were unable, unwilling, or reluctant to provide: Additional towels or pillows, filters for the provided coffee maker, or extra toilet paper. No drinking water or trash bags provided, and some apartments didn't have any dish soap.

This is a decent size super functional and well equipped two bedroom apartment. There were some bits missing from the kitchen but provided upon request. Comms with Jorge great too. Uber fine and local buses to Centro every 2 mins from the main road for only MX$10. Big Soriana 10 mins walk. The apartment is dated and it could do with a little renovation though, but this drawback is for sure reflected in price being lower compared to similar accommodation. We asked for a clean bed sheet to cover the living room sofa and this was provided too.

everything was great. The apt was spacious and very clean, very nice. a great price. Very roomy and spacious. pleasant, helpful staff.

The couch in the living room was extremely stained. It needs to be cleaned, no actually it needs to be replaced. There was one small window that faced the hallway. It had no curtain. all the other windows had blinds/ curtains. The small window needs something on the window to give guests privacy. I also suggest you keep a few pamphlets about local tours, bus routes, tourism sites, ...etc. It's not necessary but it would be an added perk. you could charge the tourism businesses a fee for providing/ showcasing their pamphlets to tourists who visit your office.

The location is great w/everything in walking distance - shopping, restaurants & bars, beach... The property is clean & well maintained. The accordian sliding balcony glass door was a surprise & loved the 2 layers of blinds (vs curtains). AC in each bedrm & living space a plus along with ceiling fans in each room. Pool managed well & was always so inviting.

The (true) double bed too small to sleep together comfortably. Would have been nice to have a key to entrance near our building vs only to parking gate. Some people did have, not all guests provided. The TV was disappointing, could only get 1 channel.

Location and had pool even though it needs repair. Wednesday aqua fit.

Beds were not comfortable kitchen supplies were not well supplied one tsp, 3 butter knifes, 2 steAk knives, 2 large glasses 6 small. I was told third week in I could ask for what I need Shouldn’t be Up to me. Don’t like when families with children take over the pool. 1/2 if the Hot tub jets worked. You need to got bring dirty towels and get replacements. They ran out of fitted sheets.

The pool was beautiful and the apartments were clean and spacious. It felt calm and the people were friendly. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The property was lovely. There didn’t seem to be regular housekeeping or clean towels provided after our arrival. However, we were there for a short stay, and I believe long stay clients are more usual there. That is no surprise, because it is a lovely place to stay.

Quiet environment. Just a couple of blocks away from public beach. Clean and tidy. We were able to check in earlier and there’s possibility to leave your suitcases in the management office if the check in time is later.

we had to buy dish soap to be able to do the dishes. there were no basic condiments like salt and pepper. the TV on the main room did not work but we used the one in the living room (not much of a problem)

Zenharmony Suites is a little gem in a cool, walkable neighborhood. Tastefully remodeled and secure, with pools. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc. We especially loved Sweet Sarah’s bakery, a block and a half away, for extra special pastry and coffee. Lunch or dinner at Naturezq Restaurante should not be missed. Short walk to Costco/La Comer and the bay.

Everything was fine.
