I liked the service and all inclusive drinks and food. Right on the beach was #1 reason I booked this hotel and had a pool.

Rooms. Filthy. Asked for iciest view got 2nd floor facing trash area and back alley. Noisy and ugly view. Had no elevator and I’m disabled so was quite difficult to get up and down stone stairs. Mattresses old and hard. Cheap rough sheets. Pillows stiff and old with dust mites and I broke out with asthma attack every time I laid down on bed, coughing and nose plugged from nasty old mattress and pillows. Bathroom TP was like sand paper. SINK, shower , tables never cleaned. Floors filthy as were windows. Food was mostly pork and beef…I don’t eat either and shrimp microscopic. Nearly zero Mexican food, no chili rellanos, no tamale’s, no burritos, no seafood fajitas, no chicken fajitas. They had a good salad bar and desserts. Coffee great.

STaff was Great View from Balcony was awesome Skylounge was a bonus The entertainment staff was great The planned events were nice, but secluded The dine in resataurant for dinner was very very nice - michellan star The poolside cafe, and the bar and the oven was great - but there were timings where ther was nothing to eat and everything is closed - ex 11:30 - 1:00 - nothing, and 5:00 - 6:30 nothing to eat -- there should be some snacks provided. And nothing after midnight.

1. The Pergola restaurant could have been better - the food, and mainly the lounge was not properly air conditioned, so first day itself my daughter was bit by mosquitoes. It should have been in the open or properly air conditioned. 2. The game room closed at 10:00, and so basically nothing to do after 10:00. The ping pong table or pool could be outdoors so folks can use during the day or else it should be open atleast until midnight or 1:00

The location was ideal. beachfront and close to other amenities. The property was exceptionally clean and I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. They were amazing.

we had a problem with the noise at night. We would like to see better control of the occasional group that drink way too much and carry on into the late hours. we also did not like the type of music being played around the pool. it would also be nice if they police their Non smoking policy better.

The pool area was wonderful! I loved that you could swim right up to the beach. We watched some amazing sunsets. Lots of fun activities to be had (yoga, volleyball, black jack tournaments). They also have a really nice gym. The snacks they offered between breakfast and dinner always hit the spot. Great ceviche, fries and pizza. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to switch to a more comfortable room with a view - no extra fee. Good for families and retirees!

Although most of the meals we had were enjoyable, the food on the buffets gets a bit old after a week. I suggest making a reservation for the restaurant on the night the buffet serves Chinese food. It was okay, but I'm sure the restaurant offerings were better. The night they do their outdoor buffet, get there ASAP or you may wait to sit. Know that you must tip in cash unless you give the front desk a card to charge to. I believe they put a $5000 peso hold on your card for incidentals and tips. If you want to get a lounge chair by the pool you'll have to get up at 6am and put a towel down on them. We opted to find a nice shady spot on the lawn most days.

We had a great time! My husband loved to get in the pool and order drinks! My daughter is an underwater swimmer! We liked the food. The bed sheets were changed daily and the room got cleaned every day. Great weather, sunny all day long!

Morning food was like lunch food. We learned later we can order omelette or sunny side up. They never had bacon at the buffet. We had to order coffee and sparkling water every day , but didn’t pay for them. Just for the bacon , was not in their menu.

Location, beach, Sky lounge, breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Pizza was delicious and we preferes it than the lunch buffet.

lunch and dinner food needs improvement on selection and variety. lounge chairs and tables needs to be cleaned daily.

Internet MUST be provided in rooms, not just in lobby. It's very frustrating, as everybody need internet inside room.

good location specially if you come by airplane. own beach and nice pool.

since it is a family restaurant I think they should offer more option of food for kids

Meals where great, and the staff where always willing to help. Our first room was small and the beds where just doubles so my wife and I couldn't share a bed. They where able to change our room during the second week as our son joined us, this room was great with two queen size beds and a view of the water.

Too many grumpy people complaining about the food and arguing over beach chairs. If you don't like local food then do your research and stay at a resort that caters to that. And going out and putting towels on chairs at 6 am and then not using them is just selfish.

First off, this beachfront resort with an infinity pool is amazing! The food was great with a lot of variety, so we didn't have to eat the same thing every day. The quality of the food was also good, and I enjoyed almost everything I ate. The meals were always hot at any time of the day and were replenished regularly. We never encountered any issues with running out of food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant servers, as well as the bartenders at the Sky Lounge and the pool, were all very friendly. The pool was cleaned every day, and I loved the different activities provided, such as aqua aerobics and beach volleyball. The front desk was particularly impressive - they even upgraded our booking when they realized it wasn't in their system! Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the resort. When I reported a problem with the TV before heading to supper, it was already fixed by the time I returned. It's clear that the resort takes guest satisfaction seriously and does everything possible to ensure guests have a great experience. Housekeeping did a great job as well. My room was always clean and comfortable, which made me feel right at home. Although the place is a bit old and could definitely benefit from some renovations, such as the bathtub, it was maintained and cleaned all the time, which is great. The resort is also close to the airport which is great. The wifi in our room is a bit tricky on and off but at has a great connection by the pool and lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this all-inclusive resort to anyone looking for a great vacation spot. I will definitely come back here.

A bit slow wifi connection in our room but we didn't use our phone that much so it was not a big deal. Some stuff are a bit older like the bath tub in our room, definitely needs to be replaced but again, not a big deal for us.
