Location near airport

Perhaps the hotel could provide a shuttle service to bus station and airport

Great location, liked pool and hot tub. Helpful Staff! Made local important call for me when my phone couldn't connect.

Thought they offered transfer from airport, wasn't clear only TO airport!

The breakfast was awesome! I would have like to see signs of what it is, being Canadian I am not familiar with the hot dishes that were served and would have liked to know what kind of meat in particular is being served. The selection was amazing and beats any hotel breakfast I have ever had! The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the front staff was OUTSTANDING! We stayed at your hotel because if a strike with our airline and they were an absolutely awesome and accommodating.

The cafe …. We brought pizza back to the hotel to eat after a long day and the pregnant lady who worked in the cafe was super rude to my kids when they asked for an extra disposable cup and then she proceeded to tell us we were not allowed to eat in the breakfast area. There had to be 20 to 30 tables and every single one of them were empty, we were not taking up space from anyone so we packed up and left and went to the quiet lobby area on the first floor and ate there. The next day there was several people eating their McDonald’s or various takeout in the same area. It was a different person working that day I was super ticked and there was no way I was going to purchase anything from that area after that. It would also be nice to see mini fridges in the rooms.

So I think this was a booking.com issue not a Holiday Inn issue but my booking was cancelled before arrival without me knowing as in the app it was stil saying booking active and confirmed… but the staff were very friendly and helped me through the issue - whilst I didn’t stay here as they had no rooms left available, they found other arrangements for me at no extra cost to myself and were very friendly and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. The hotel looked clean, well designed and good location though.

Jaime could not have been more accommodating...I have a prosthetic leg and needed a hand at times....he was always there to help me with anything I needed. The desk staff as well were very kind and helpful. We are coming back in a couple of week for at least 10 days, and we will be staying there again... Please let your staff know how much the one legged guy appreciated all there help!! Thank you, Gary.

I had to remove my key to leave, and the air goes off...I was in room 207, amd the Sun hits it directly and it took forever to cool it down... Fortunately, when I told the front desk about it, they gave me a second key to use if I was gone a long time.. That was huge!!! Thank you for that!!!

Our flight was cancelled so we had to remain in Mexico for 2 further nights. The breakfast was acceptable. The room size and bed was better than expected. There was also a gym which was a good addition.

I was told three times that I would receive a transfer to the airport free of charge. When I attempted to arrange the transfer, I was told the person who does the transfers is not working, therefore I had to arrange a taxi at my own cost.

13 min walk from airport. Clean rooms and beds. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Service was good. Provided two bottles of water with our room.

Not a lot options close by for food, but they do have room service (which we didn’t try). We ate at the McDonald’s across the street. There was also a rotisserie chicken place across the way that looked really good, but was too much food for the two of us.

Room was spacious and nicely laid out. Shuttle to airport at 3:00 AM was very nice

When we asked if the shuttle was available at 3:00 AM we were told it was not and we would have to come down to the front desk to order a taxi which would have been fine. It was a nice surprise when the shuttle was available. Air conditioning was quite loud but wihtout it the room warmed up very quickly

Great location, pool, hot tub and pool table. Breakfast buffet contained a nice assortment of items to select from. The manager of the breakfast area did a great job of keeping food plentiful and the area clean. The free airport shuttle was great.

The hotel restaurant received bad reviews so we never went. After a long day of site seeing it would have been nice to eat on the premise and not walk to the marina.

The breakfast was amazing. It was so good that my friend and I went back for a second every morning...The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They even told us what to tell the street vendors so they don't try to over charge us. The beds and pillows are soooo comfortable. You wake up feeling rested. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is well located; you can either walk from/to the airport which is approximately a 15 mins walk or you can take a uber for less than 60 MXN PESOS. It's also not too far from downtown(about 20 mins uber ride) where there's a lot more attractions. There's a little restaurant across the street a little further to the left that sells tacos, OMG the food is sooo good and sooo authentic!! And they sell this natural guava juice that is soo refreshing!! Guaranteed food coma after this!! There is absolutely no doubt that I will go back!!!!!

The fact that the toilet seat is right behind the door is really not convenient. You always have to be extra careful when you open the bathroom door to not hit the toilet (or the person who's inside if you're not alone)
