Grounds, staff and ALL the restarants were amazing!

The pool chari policy MUST be revised. It is unfair to allow people to SAVE seats with towels and then not show up for hours. My suggestion is to have the staff keep an eye out for these saved seats and remove belongings to a central area and placed in clear bags until people can retrieve them. After 1 hour of no one sitting - they lose the seast to those who will be sitting at the pool.

The view from the room was wonderful. The property itself was located where it was easy to explore the city and enjoy what it had to offer. The staff was friendly, and warm and always greeted us with a smile.

The quality of the food in the restaurants was mediocre, at best. Lines at the front desk moved slowly because there were too few agents. By mid-morning, every chair around the pool had a towel on it to save it for people who were not using it leaving few choices available. This system of allowing people to save a chair all day long is easily remediated but has not been. We had reserved and paid for a view room, but for the first night of our stay, the hotel did not have an available room. Thus, we had to repack and move when our room did become available.

The grounds and pool area were really beautiful. Ample chairs to be found by the pool and beach. Rooms very clean and tastefully decorated, good size and very comfortable. Good menu from the bar by the pool, and great service, but could have had more chairs and tables in this area. The price is excellent for how nice this resort is. The concierge , whose name I have forgotten, was just excellent! He was so helpful with printing boarding passes, PCR test results and recommending great dinner places in town.

Check in was painfully slow. Service in this area is poor.

Location, friendly staff, and the outside restaurant. The cleaning lady was very good, along with the waiters at the pool. The lunches at the outside restaurant were great. I give my compliments to the lunch chef. Very tasty every day.

The dinner hours at the Japanese restaurant were to late, and very crowded around the pool with so many children. A tall lemonade is brought to you in a 6 or 8 ounce cup. The dinner at the same outside restaurant. Ordered Maui fish special and it came with 2 sticks of asparagus and bread with a very little side dish on it.

Location; staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very good, great view. Good restaurants & bars, we loved Champions, great sports bar. Good workout room. Great pool & swim up bar. Thanks for the free Co-Vid test!

You shouldn’t have to, but you really need your staff to supervise the reservation of the lounge chairs around the beach & pool area. Guests should not be allowed to place towels they snuck up to their rooms the day before on lounge chairs before 8am when you hand out towels to the guests who follow the rules and wait in line. Also staff should remove books, water bottles, sandals, etc. placed on lounge chairs by selfish guests to reserve them. These chairs often sit empty for at least half of the day, sometimes all day. Also both ESPN channels on the tv in our room we’re in Spanish, how about at least one in English?

Pool was fabulous, closeness to Marina and restaurants there - great! WE dined at 2 of the 4 restaurants on the property (Casitas and Mikado) food was great. Our housekeeping lady Yasmeen Hernandez was terrific- any request she got it to us right away and keep our room very clean. Thank you Yasmeen.

People at front desk- THREE times I told them about my sock that fell to lower lever patio and they did nothing. Also requested a bathrobe and shower mat ( safety reasons for this), did not get these until we requested them from our wonderful housekeeping person, Yasmeen

Juan at the front desk was very helpful. He was always polite and greeted me with a smile. He also went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my rooms because they were not available when we arrived. Moreover, the hotel was quiet, it was easy to get reservations at the various restaurants, and they provided patrons with coupons for free drinks, a spa visits, and more. The grounds were also nicely maintained and clean.

The check-in process was really slow. Additionally, the mattress in the hotel room was hard, and housekeeping skipped our room, which caused us to have to request that our room be cleaned. Additionally, the phone in my room (6060) didn't work. Also, the pool was completely in the sun, which meant most people either stayed at the swim up bar for shade or swam once the sun started to go down.

Pool was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. close to airport but noise was not an issue.

Everything about this resort was exceptional. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe and accommodated. (Some places treat solo travelers like second class citizens, but I felt like this resort spoiled me!) The facilities, staff members, and restaurants were top notch. Truly an incredible stay.

The spa was great, but I feel like given the price of the services, I expected some more amenities. It was also difficult to book spa appointments online. (All in all it was worth it though; I still had one of the best massages of my life.)
