The majority of the staff members where great! Lillian Lozano was really kind to us when we first arrived. The beach was great, and the drinks where amazing!

Check in was hell. Half of the computers are empty, and I had to make double line because I was in the wrong line (to be honest there was no sign for me to tell). Also, the elevators where a big issue: it stops EVERY FLOOR because there are only 2 elevators and tons of people. Also, buffet food was pretty ok, nothing amazing, but everything was edible.

This place was really nice. It was clean, large and right on the beach with a beautiful pool.

There needs to be more seating in the living room. The couch is very uncomfortable. I watched TV from the dining room table because those chairs were more comfortable. The couch back is super short and there is only enough seating for three on it. If there would have been more than the four of us, there would not have been anywhere for the others to sit. Also, there is a place right next door that plays horribly loud music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. We couldn't even watch TV it was so loud. These two were the only negatives. Oh, and there were no washcloths in the unit. Maybe the people before us took them?

The huge area where the hotel is located, with beautiful gardens and palm trees, and access to one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta city area. The brunch that was available in the restaurant, and in front of the beach. There is a mini-market conveniently located by the hotel entrance, so we did not need to get far for many everyday needs.

Booking advertised free wifi and there was one, but it was not very reliable. In Puerto Vallarta there is an excellent wifi service, but the one at the hotel Krystal is insufficient even in the hotel lobby. There was no coffee maker in the room, something odd for the accomodation price and category. The coffeemaker appeared only at the last day of our stay.

Beach was spacious. Resort great location. Room and bath very nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Liked that room had a small fridge and coffee maker.

I was not given a map or any information about the property. Only got a copy of the beach and pool rules. Food at buffets was not so great and no other choices for breakfast and lunch.

The room did not have a microwave, mini fridge, nor coffee maker. would be nice to have those amenities because 1. This hotel’s restaurant food is of low quality, 2. and while there are many restaurants within walking distance, It’s a hassle to have to walk 10 or 15 minutes each way to Starbucks to grab a morning coffee, 3. I generally prefer to make my own snacks.

Lovely grounds, beach and pool was ok. The Italian restaurant is very reasonable and simple menu with great ambiance under trees with lateens. Staff are great. The food buffets were authentic Mexican. Breakfast was a good buffet for $15.

Mexicans in general eat dinner later and stay up later. Hence was noisy at 11-12 pm. Rooms in tower were noisy and was hard to sleep. No enforced quiet hours. It could use some investment to regain its glory days back in the 1980’s.

The staff and location were simply amazing. Very clean rooms and common areas.

The food was a bit underwhelming. Wasn’t a problem as we didn’t sign up for all inclusive. Property was perfectly placed to eat any food off sight.

It was very convenient and comfortable. The property was well kept and clean. The pools and cabanas on the beach were nice as well.

Our room, number 2201 had a water leak in the bathroom right over the toilet. It was most likely condensation build up from the AC unit.

I liked the staff. I enjoyed the location. I liked the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The AC in the room was awesome and the view was great.

The bed. It was like a giant sponge and not that comfortable. If you are on the beach, we could not buy a drink at one of the 2 bars. We had to walk to the pool area because who knows. It's 2022, time to enter the modern world for your guests. I think you could use at least one more electrical outlet by the beds.

we love the room we had, swimming pools were great, amenities were awesome, friendly staff, Dinner options were very good.

I know we had all inclusive and it can get expensive for your business and you have a lot of tequila drinkers but your TEQUILA was CHEAPEST tequila and I hate it. Also your lunch options were horrible!!
