The rooftop adults only pool was amazing. Loved the view of the ocean from our room and the pool. All the in room amenities such as the full kitchen and washer/dryer were wonderful to have. We were close to the beach and other shops and restaurants. The poolside food and drinks were the best I’ve ever had at a pool anywhere!

The only thing that created some frustration was how guests behaved when it came to saving lounge chairs by the pool. People would arrive when the pool opened at nine in the morning and put their towels and sunblock on lounges and then not return for three plus hours. There were days that we arrived shortly after the pool opened to find that all of the loungers were taken… yet we were the only people at the pool. I found it disappointing that while we were at an adult’s only pool that the adults were behaving like spoiled children. Unfortunately, I think the pool area needs more signs saying that the lounges are not to be reserved - and that if people leave their belongings and leave the pool area that their things will be gathered at put in the lost and found for them.

I like the comfort and cleanliness of the property. It was a very nice place to stay!

I had a problem with a couple of things. 1) Friends were staying on the Pinnacle property at 220 and when I went to visit and hang out with them at the pool I was charged 30 USD for the privilege to use the pool with them. Why when we are all staying on the same property that we cannot also hang out without the extra charge! 2) When I checked out I was called back saying I had drink charges from my pool at 179. I did not have any drinks at the pool at 179. The only time I went to the pool was to take pictures. I think a little more secureness on who charges drinks to the proper room! This was totally unacceptable. It was taken care of but sad that I was charged when I did not make those charges!

- The location is great - The rooftop pool (with a bar) is also great. - The room was newly (and tastefully) decorated with new appliances and full kitchen.

- The room smelled of mold during the whole stay. That can be very problematic for those with allergies. It’s very unfortunate because the whole building seemed so new. It’s probably because of all the wood used in the decoration and cabinets. - The room is a lot smaller than I expected, and very crowded, with very little room to move inside the bedroom. - The layout of the room does not offer a lot of privacy. You can either enjoy the view or have privacy, but not both at the same time.

Staff were friendly, greeted us upon arrival. Cleaning service was very good. Property is well located and has all amenities.

Only complaint, you could really hear toilets flushing and water running thru pipes locating in bedroom closet and ceiling. Also, the opening and closing of doors from other suites (late evening) was quite loud, likely due to the open loft concept.

I loved that it had breathtaking views, super friendly staff, very clean, and walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops. I will definitely stay here again. I have absolutely no complaints.

It's not their fault but I did hate that there were so many steps to get to the property from the bottom of the street. But the property is on a hill so there's no getting around that. They did have a lift that pulled you up that ran from 9-10pm I believe. Going down is easy, going up is a workout that you may or may not have asked for.

Staff added so much to our experience at the property. Valentin at the Rooftop Bar and Pool was our first interaction on a meaningful way with staff. He continues to be personable and warm and made us feel welcome.

It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the other pool areas in the resort without a day charge. Higl

Closeness to the beach, restaurants and funicular. Beautiful view from our room. The property itself is very nice.

Noise in the neighborhood but that’s not on the hotel. The bedroom was a bit small and difficult to exit. We booked a massage in the spa and while it wasn’t the worst we’ve had it was poor.

Great view from the rooftop swimming pool. Well located and has easy access to food/groceries, nice bar with good food and drink of fair prices.

A lot of noise that disturbed the sleep, the administration disabled our electronic key before due time (which was annoying), poor reception of customer’s request.

Beautiful hotel in a great location close to the beach. Everything is in walking distance and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Trolly service for hillside is slow. Elevator was slow and tricky when recognizing room key. Accessing amenities in other buildings was confusing.

Overall, it was a great experience to enjoy PV and right in the heart of Zona Romantica. The unit I was in was well appointed, clean, and perfect for a single or a couple.

The guest/visitor policy was iverky restrictive, especially given the location in PV. It may work for some but unfortunately will be why I don't return there.
