Breakfast was awesome at the cafe around the corner. Staff super friendly, please be kind and leave a tip for the housekeeping staff each time they clean your room they truly deserve it working in such heat. I really enjoyed how close the apartment was from the beach but super quiet at night.

That I could not stay longer as I loved it so much, very little to complain about. Everything was perfect. So relaxing and well worth the money which was charged for the accommodation. 100% recommended.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, the location was perfect - a stones throw away from the beach, the murals in the courtyard were beautiful, the pool was wonderful. This district of PV is ideal for solo travels and couples - although I traveled with my partner, I kept telling him that I've never felt more safe while traveling and would be comfortable walking alone at night in this district.

This is more of a heads up rather than a dealbreaker - the iron staircase from our room's third floor balcony down to the courtyard isn't for those afraid of heights, but it's still beautiful and it definitely adds to the character of the building!

Nice bed, cute decor inside. Courtyard with small plunge pool and chairs is cute although does not get very much sun. Nice that they filter and blue light the water.

Check in process was a bit slow. Air conditioning unit on the balcony makes it loud to sit outside and causes a lot of hot air to blow on you. Courtyard area felt a bit overlooked/could have been filled with a few more items to make it feel like a place for guests. Glass door to the balcony did not lock in my unit which was a bit concerning, and safe was too small to fit a small laptop. Hotel is up a large flight of stairs from the heart of the Zona Romantica, but a funicular will take you up most times of day.

It was a beautiful property on the hill above the beach. Very close to pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, and the beach. The owner showed me around the immediate area of the hotel and helped me understand which way everything was.

I liked the property, but either the vet clinic next door or neighboring hotels had dogs that would sometimes bark loudly at night, especially during the storms. Only happened a few nights however and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hike back from the restaurants and bars. The owner - someone blocked my door and loud outside so when I checked, a lot of luggages outside my door. So I asked the guy why is he blocking the door. He answered - we own the hotel. Sounded like he can block the doors and be loud because he owns the hotel. I would probably rate it higher if not for him. Instead of saying we’ll remove it right away, he basically says I can’t do anything coz he owns the place.

We really enjoyed this location in PV. The owners supplied everything you could want, including a small kitchenette. The staff was very friendly, and the information provided ahead of time was very helpful. We walked everywhere from ZonaZ, and liked the location because it was quiet at night. It's outside of the main downtown area, but not so far that you need a taxi to get anywhere. The beach is just down the hill, and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The walk down to the beach is a bit steep, but there is a funicular train car on the steepest part so you can use that if you have knee or hip problems.

The hot water in the shower was a little bit wonky, but once we figured it out, it worked great.

This is a great boutique hotel that's more like an Air BNB with housekeeping. That's not a bad thing just the reality. The room was a great size - like a studio apartment. Check-in was easy and seamless. Our check-in agent was super friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is right in the Romantic Zone but a little bit off of the loud and busy part, which was great. For the value, it was exceptional. Would stay here again.

You have to walk up and down stairs to get to the main section of the Romantic Zone. There's a Funicular car that can take you up until 10pm so you have to walk or if it's broken (which was a couple of times while we were there). There are no services that would constitute a hotel, but we knew that going into it and it was totally fine. All in all, these are nit pick comments because there wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location is awesome. It’s on a little hill, could be strenuous in the heat but there’s a elevator on the streets which you could use. The staff is very friendly and helped us with lowering the taxi fare to its original/„supposed-to-be“ price :p And we really like their policy of hanging something on the door to have the room cleaned rather than the opposite (where they would clean your room everyday unless you hang a „no disturb“ sign or something).

The staff was very nice. I found the hotel to be very well located. It is on top of a hill in a quiet area, but close to all the action and the beach. There is also a funicular very close to the hotel in case you don't want to climb up too many steps. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Shower lost hot water very quickly.

Unbelievably wonderful ownership and staff. Thoughtful details throughout the room. Location walkable to everything, including loud nightlife, yet quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is a voucher at a terrific cafe, steps away, with dine in and carryout. This is the best hospitality we have ever experienced. And we’ve been around the block a few times!

I wish there had been dishwashing detergent in the room, so I could have cleaned up after us. I left a mess for the housekeeping staff. En serio, that’s the only negative thing I can think of to say.
