The room was spacious, with all necessary amenities (I even had a desk to get some work done) and there was 24/7 hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good too and available all the time. The location was also easily accessible.

I came in winter and the room had no air conditioning. So the first night I was freezing and had to ask for an extra blanket. Sometimes there is also noise from neighbouring rooms.

The hotel is located near the UBahn and Metro buses so really accessible to transportation to get to the tourist spots. Our room is really clean and the bed was comfortable and clean. I only had a problem with the elevator and we got stuck one time and even after pressing the emergency call button no one answered. My fear of getting stuck in an elevator heighten as no one answered. Good thing there was mobile phone connection and internet inside the elevator and we called the receptionist to help us out.

Fix that elevator. i was just talking to my partner about getting stuck on a tiny elevator and then it happened. No one helped us right away even after pressing the elevator emergency call button a lot of times and screaming inside.

price was just right for location and not far from city attractions, all modes of transportations were just a few feet away. without the city noise. Stores were a walk down the street or something to eat, we didnt need it beacuse we mainly ate at our city points of interest. Uber is usually 5 min wait and cost was around $5 early morning and $8 for peak hours, heavy traffic but no major delays, perfect if you ask me.

The only thing I would complain is the lack of clothes drawers or clothes cabinet, there is only a 2 feet long hanging rack with 6 hangers or so, our clothes had to be kept in luggage or scattered around room, has no AC but its ok, you don’t need it, there is a fan or open window for fresh air. There is a lack of sufficient towels, you have to ask for more. I didnt rate excellent just because of the lack of cabinets. otherwise it is minor complains, great furniture great clean room.

The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the Metro station: it's a good starting point for exploring the city. Additional plus was that our room was ready before official check-in time, which made things way easier. After the stay, we could also leave our luggage and spend few more hours in the city before departing. The peronnel was helpful. The room was spacious, fitted with deposit box, which for us was necessary to explore the city freely.

The only drawback we noticed was lack of the fridge in the room.

I stayed 5 nights and couldn’t leave the room because I was feeling sick. Room service saved my life. I upgraded to jacuzzi suite last three nights and best possible choice. Great kind staff. Not the most luxurious place in the world, but definitely worth its cost. Decent food too!

Excellent hotel! Very clean, modern and has good amenities and room service if you need it. The wifi was the best, most reliable I had in my stay in Mexico and I stayed at over 5 hotels. The location is ok, Not too far from Centro historico but a bit of a walk. Really no big deal as uber or other ride sharing apps very cheap in Mexico. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! The price is very cheap for such a nice hotel. This is a little gem!

I liked everything.

We we’re flying out of Mexico City and booked this hotel to spend the night and rest before flight but I would gladly stay here again! Rooms are comfortable, the desk would be great for work, which is rare in Mexico for tall people like my husband and I, my knees don’t fit under the desk in most places

Spacious room, hot water, very clean, staff were helpful. Location was fine, a 15-20 minute walk to the center, but close (3 minute) walk to public transport (metro) stop. Generally good place to stay in CDMX.

Beds were hard and not comfortable to sleep on, but that's also a personal opinion. Smart TV had services (Netflix etc) but none of them worked unless you already had an account of your own.

Extremely good value for money. Rooms are comfortable and felt secure. Location isn't right in the centre of activity, but a short walk/taxi will get you to where you need to be.

Cleanliness could be improved, but by no means was the room dirty/uncomfortable to stay in.
