Good, nice ambient, slightly dated, but attractive. Nice and professional staff. WiFi worked well. Rooms ample space and comfortable. Some unusual aspects of design to maximize space. Closer is half-height so hanging clothes drag on the floor. Shower opens directly into room. So consider that. But the room is comfortable and functional. Parking is good w private garage. Restaurant is also good. If the location suits you, and you want to be near the airport, it’s recommended.

The room was designed well and it was comfortable. Most of the staff were absolutely friendly.

At the check in, one of the staff acted not very politely. I asked her for the check out time and if a shower exists for a later use after the check out (some airport hotels offer this). To my surprise instead of answering she threw a paper at me and told me to sign it and said something in Spanish which I don't understand. We were shocked by this behavior. A colleague of her interfered and politely continued the check in process.

Rooms were very nice, recently refurbished. Very good electric blackout roller curtains! The style of the rooms reminded me a bit of CitizenM (the very hip global hotel chain), but more spacious. Free airport shuttle. Close to the airport.

Reception downstairs was still being refurbished and a bit of a mess. When I saw it upon arrival I thought 'OMG what kind of hotel did I book' but upstairs was 10x better. There was a tremendous amount of traffic and noise around the hotel, there was a concert going on nearby.

Surprisingly well mantained hotel, the location is in a nice and calmed neighborhood, some cheap and nice restaurants are within the area making it easy to stay.

The parking lot is shared with their customers attending cocktail parties and guests does not have any priority nor car spaces protected I needed to park 4 floors below due to this reason, the noise of the party was to loud without any control or restriction making difficult to sleep mostly because I was traveling with my 2 years old daughter.

I enjoy my stay at the Grad Prix hotel it was a last minute stay since missing our flight to Los Angeles. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The price point was great!

The shower design it the water overflowed with the door being closed we had to use towels to clean up the puddle leak. This added an extra inconvenience of requesting more towels and using caution while showering .

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Shuttle service was prompt and courteous. Check-in and out was a breeze. The room was modern and well designed, sparkling clean, there was ample space, the bathroom was nice and private (none of those glass doors). Outlets and USB ports everywhere. Very comfortable beds and pillows

Some road noise from the busy avenue

From check-in to check-out everything was exceptional. Great room great service great location only 10mins from México City internacional airport Benito Juárez. Room had outlets everywhere for electronics, wall control for window blinds, mood ceiling lights, super nice shower, very comfortable king bed, and a very large flat TV. They also offer free shuttle service to airport which operates 24 hours every 30 minutes. This facility should be rated as a 6 star hotel for the professional staff at the front desk and the uniformed service attendant !!

The breakfast was good, I got the avocado toast with goat cheese and hot chocolate. I was surprised at the large portions and a big salad. Everything was delicious and the quality was excellent. I also had dinner there and the salmon was fresh.

I wish they had a pool or hot tub. The hotel is so pretty and upscale, I was surprised there was no pool or sauna etc

My room was very large and modern, the bed was super comfy, there was coffee and a giant tv. Staff is friendly. The shuttle to the airport is frequent and fast. Just what you need.

The description of my room mentioned a bath. I was rather looking forward to a relaxing bath, but there was only a shower. No big deal, but a slight disappointment.

Absolutely loved the blinds that were installed in the window looking out into the city. The shower was also a very elegant touch.

I absolutely hated the censored lights in the bathroom/sink area. Especially in the restroom when you were using it, you had to move your arms to keep the light on. The sensor light in the sink/shower area was annoying when you were trying to go to sleep, but had to get up and use the restroom. It would wake everyone else up in the bedroom. The thermostat in the room also never went to the temperature that it was set on. It was either always hot are always cold.
