A good place to rest for a few hours before an early morning flight (and much safer than staying in a hotel/hostel in the city and taking a taxi at 3 AM). The pods were clean and comfortable.

The price is a bit too high for what it is, at almost $100 CAD with the tax, for staying here just a few hours in a pod/capsule. I would give it 5 stars and would choose this hotel more often if the price was lower, at around $50-$60 CAD per night. That would be better value for the money. Also, the hotel's wifi that came included in the reservation was weak and fairly slow. But I switched to the airport's free wifi, which was reachable from this hotel, and that one was faster.

Location couldn’t be more central and so easy for when passing through Mexico City airport. It’s very clean and the showers are private and very good. Despite all the pods being booked out I didn’t see a single other person and everyone who stayed was very quiet and respectful.

Everything was as expected so there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

STAFF - The staff were absolutely wonderful! I stayed on both ends of my trip. As it was my first pod experience I had no idea what to expect or how things worked. The staff patiently explained everything and I was so grateful. PRICE - the regular pods/capsules are nearly half the price of a hotel and they gave you socks, bottled water, and ear plugs. LOCATION - Terminal 1 Pod Hotel is conveniently located close to the food court. I was able to drop my luggage and go eat without having to walk through the entire Terminal.

This is a didn't like and liked situation. On my 2nd visit I decided to try the "deluxe " pods - said they had a change room as well as all the things in the regular pods. Unfortunately, the deluxe pods were lacking. no handle on the door, making entry into pod extremely difficult, no tv and no place to put my things in the pod - the regular ones have flat places to put water etc. I was disappointed and spoke to the staff. They explained that these were new pods and being worked on. They happily moved me to a regular pod. The incorrect advertising was NOT the responsibility of the staff and I appreciated that they were able to switch my pods.

The experience of being in the pod itself is really cool- it feels very calm and restful, it's a really great option on long layovers or late arrivals to the airport. It's really great that you don't have to leave the airport at all or deal with hastles of taxis or buses at night. I have stayed here before and would reccommend it- however, I would choose a top bunk if possible because less noise from other guests opening and closing their pods gets through on the top level.

I was startled awake a few times by other guests forcefully opening their pods... perhaps the hotel staff could instruct guests specifically on how to open up the pods... it was a little disruptive to the otherwise very calm experience. The bathroom stalls and shower areas are clean but quite small.... I have stayed in the pod hotel in terminal 2 and the showers in this one were a little bigger.

I was really impressed with these sleep pods... the pods were more spacious than I expected and they had everything you need for a good night's sleep... blue lighting, clean bedding, a fold-out table if you want to read, lots of plugs, air-conditioning etc. You felt really secure because the pod locked and had to be opened by a button near the bed as well. They provided ear-plugs and socks, so you could drown out the noise of other people coming in. There was cleaning staff cleaning up after every single person used the toilet or shower... it was spotless! There were about 4 showers and 4 toilets in total, one shower was solely for females. Did I mention, it's right inside the airport :)? It was a 4 minute walk to check in our bags at 5am...

Everything was clean and the showers had fresh soap and conditioner dispensers. The lockers were big enough to fit my luggage and my clothes and I was able to ask for more water if I had to. The room where all the capsules are has a scent of a forest and has forest sounds at night which makes the atmosphere perfect for sleeping.

The capsules in which you sleep or not soundproof at all. You have to sit there quiet, and if you are watching something you have to watch it with AirPods or other headphones. Luckily, there wasn’t a problem at all for me and if you go to sleep, you’re quiet anyways. Would’ve been nice if I had known that before though.

A clean, safe, well organised place to get clean and rest in a private space… without leaving the airport.

It was a bit noisy in the sense that the pods are all together and constructed with basic functionality, so the door clicks on adjoining pods could be heard and less quiet guests came in talking a bit loudly… also the nearby traffic was occasionally really loud too. But I still got a really decent rest that made a world of difference to my onward travel. I would say I should have got the autotren in the evening and gone to the same facility at the other terminal (to be in the right place for my next flight) because for my early morning flight the autotren wasn’t running till 5 so my only option was the less easy to find/slower bus transfer.

This was a life saver when I had to take an early flight! Attentive and friendly staff. Price was fair and the facilities were extremely clean. I was there less than 15 hours and saw someone cleaning up twice. The pod rooms are dark, quiet, and a good temperature. The pod itself had plenty of space for one person. And of course you can’t beat the location - inside the actual airport.

Some guests were a bit noisy climbing into their pods and slamming the pod doors, which can really disturb you if they are right above/next to you. Perhaps the staff could mention this at check in. Also the tv wasn’t a smart tv so I wasn’t interested in watching it, but that wasn’t a big deal.

We were travelling as a couple & had a pod each. We were both really impressed by the location (ease of access to the terminal required), the cleanliness (immaculate), facilities & staff.

The mattress in the pod was very hard. If you prefer a softer mattress (as I do) it may be uncomfortable. If you are in a lower pod, the noise from the pod above is loud - I was woken several times by the person above (arriving after I had gone to sleep & by them moving during the night). I would request a pod on the upper level if possible to avoid this. Also, why does everything beep? Opening the pod - beep - adjusting the light - beep! You hear the other pods doing this repeatedly during your stay.

I loved the great location near the food court and restaurants and the security gates. I was super happy to find the pod included a laptop table so I could watch my movies before sleeping. I was also happy that the toilets were so close by. The one-key-card system was so easy and the card opened both your pod and your locker and the entry doors.

The bed was a little hard for side sleeping, but was fine to sleep on your back. The earplugs they provide don't work, so bring your own if you are a light sleeper.
