personalize concierge for the sky tower .. Gerardo was amazing made me feel like home .. helped in all of our needs .. Karla, Fanny and Guillermo also very attentive. the General Manager Lic Selene was very nice and trying to make the stay as pleasant as she could with her concierge team. the valet parking and the staff at the door was excellent..

just the front desk need for customer service skills, like if they didn’t want to be there working at the hotel .. Edith and Demi need more customer services skills .. other than that the rest were very nice ..

The location is excellent, the views from the room as well. The rooms are spacy, especially the bathrooms.

The reception desk team was quite unprepared - the whole check-in process took 20 minutes! The breakfast cereals and food was quite good, but the ambience of the breakfast room reminded me of a huge furniture shop restaurant - absolutely sterile.

unfortunately, had a bad service and horrible food poolside. It definitely put a damper on our stay we really wanted to enjoy a nice lunch by the beautiful pool area. The service was very slow and they never came back for drink refills. the food was horrible not good at all you better off ordering out and bringing it to the pool. Also, bring your own drinks. Poolside service is super slow and if you order poolside they still charge you a fee for the service and I had already paid a tip so I was not happy that I paid twice for bad service and bad food. steaks were cold! salad was not appealing at all and sides were saturated in grease.

the staff was very rude and presumptuous, as I was a hotel guest here but was treated as I was a nuisance, this hotel is lovely but the staff, most of them were very rude and dismissive, one of them even when out of their way to say ONLY GUESTS have access to the pools when I lost my way to the exact pool, and I WAS a guest. Assuming someone is not a guest and on top of that being treated poorly. otherwise I would have given 10 but staff is not too great

The staff was very friendly, including the valet parking, reception and also room service. The hotel is a great place for an amzing view from the room. The facilities were clean and very comfortable.

I could agrue that the rooms arent to big for a 5 star hotel, They arent exeptionally small but for a 5 star hotel you would expect more space to move around in. And the airport is a long way from the Hotel.

The location is great, beautiful views of the city.

Lack of parking for a van, staff wasn't helpful about that. My husband forgot his wallet for breakfast and the staff accompanied him to the room, but had an attitude about that and were impatient.

It's a great hotel, elegant, comfortable, worth the price.

The staff could have been more helpful during our visit to the pool. We waited over an hour to get our order and just to get someone to take the order itself, took a lot of effort.

I like cleanliness, location and Facilities they where really good

We did not liked that neither of our Rooms where ready for check-in until 2 hours late. This caused delays in our plans and previous engagements,

There was a lot of noise at night. all night long, complained to reception but they didn’t help. had to absorb the noise all night. total disaster for such an expensive place

The service was bad for such a pricey hotel in Monterrey

everyone is helpful and the building is beautiful, rooms comfortable

Upon arrival room had a smell of drainage. we reported it and we’re changed immediately without a problem.
