Location, food, aesthetics.

Our room didn't feel as private because of interior blinds that couldn't be closed upon exiting (room interior remained visible for any passersby). Pool chemistry was slightly off, resulting in discomfort.

service was outstanding, from the front desk to the restaurant! everyone was so wonderful. Valentina at the desk, Polo at the restaurant, and the Captain. thank you for a wonderful experience! we’ll be back!

maybe need a minibar in the rooms.

Facilities are very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. I did not expect such large spaces. I was surprised by the price I paid.

The only thing I don't like is that the parking lot is very far away and every time you ask for the car you have to wait a long time for them to bring it.

We found hair in the sheets, when we called to get them changed we had to wait 40 minutes because the service woman was not there. Our room adjoined a nightclub, and it was impossible to sleep until late at night. at the time of check-in they asked us to pay 1,000 pesos for a person who had not been declared at the time of booking, when on the booking portal the difference was only 80 pesos. Given the inconvenience of the hair.

Great location of the hotel and wonderful bedroom and bathroom. The inner courtyard room (Catalina) is great and quiet if you ignore the whole proposal party incident we had.

We stayed at the Catalina room and during our stay the hotel hosted a proposal party at 7 pm on a Friday night. After the proposal ended the 20-30 guests decided to hang out and drink on our room's patio furniture, within an arms reach from the window. They were drunk, loud and obnoxious. What's frustrating is that the windows do not close all the way and don't have almost any sound insulation. So any sound is very audible and the windows and wood panels don't provide much sound insulation. At 9:20 pm I asked the staff to relocate them to the event room or the bar or restaurant. The event planner said they'll be gone in 20 minutes. Of course, 20 minutes later, nothing happened. My partner went and complained instead, they told him no one came to complain and that there was nothing they could do. After arguing back and forth with the manager and the event planner they finally relented and agreed to relocate their party over to the bar. Very frustrated that it took repeated and long arguing with them to move their guests from our patio over to either their bar, or huge event room, or their restaurant.

Air conditioner was not working, was told remote control needed new batteries. Representative took remote & said she would be back but never came back. After waiting hours we asked to switch room. Was moved to a room with a non working TV.

Air conditioning & TV were not working. After 4 hrs of waiting to have this corrected and no one followed up. We walked back to reception area to request moving to another room where air was working but not the TV.
