Solo traveller, in Room #302. Great location in El Centro, excellent WiFi in room, spacious bedroom, lots of space, big comfortable bed, several windows, great lighting both natural & artificial, very good shower, ample towels. Staff pleasant & helpful. 2 gratis 355-ml bottles of water daily.

In the shower, there was nowhere to place toiletries. Also, it takes awhile for the shower water to heat up (kick in) which means one wastes water. if climbing stairs are an issue, best to request a room on the lowest level because there is no elevator. Not an issue for me. Additionally, not really a tour desk (well, at least not for this English-speaking tourist).

Great location. Amazing value for price. Humungous room with all amenities. Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help.

The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work: - she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco - she "forgot" to give us the key - she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day. in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers

Very good location, quiet hotel, good internet.

Check if you are booking a room with a window or without. It seems to me very unfair that while choosing the room you get pictures with a window and when you arrive you get one without. Having sunlight vs. not having sunlight for several days is actually quite a big deal. If you get an email with the "pre check-in" option, ignore it as it's nonsense. They make you fill out the same form and copy you passport again even if you filled out this form online, wasting your time. The recepcionist doesn't know what the "pre check-in" is for, either.

I got the room at the last floor Junior suite number 302, big, clean very comfortable bed and good wifi. The hotel is super central, I suggest to ask the rooms in the upper floor.

the structure itself is a bit dilapidated and needs some maintenance but as a base for a couple of nights it's just fine, especially the value for money location. I would propose the purchase of new towels that are a bit deteriorated ..

Its location. Bed are pretty comfortable.

Personnel at the front desk. The guy handling my check in on Saturday, 12 was good and the girl working this morning on the 14, excellent. They cared, they were attentive. However some people working at nights during my stay from 02/12 till today weren’t as attentive. They were on the phone. You can do some repairs to faucets in the rooms, I was staying in Room 104. Also to its floor.

The design, high ceiling, and beautiful details. - localization is awesome.

PillowsLocation was excellent. I'm glad they had a fan in the room to circulate air. It was cold outside so it was perfect. Bed and pillows were super comfy.. Staff was great, very informative. I would recommend to see the room before you accept it. Bed was high and almost fell off stairs a few times. Otherwise great location for price.

Walls are somewhat thin. Heard things I shouldn't have. Not kid friendly.

Great location! Walking distance from many beautiful sites in the historic district. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the balcony and the funky decorations.

To carry my luggage through stairs to the second level. No elevators and no help from the staff on site.

Super comfy stylish room. The open air courtyard is also a nice place to sit with the lap top. Great location in the middle of the historic center where you want to be.

Would like to have understood parking situation a bit better beforehand. They tell you there is commercial public parking down the street, which isn't bad if you don't need to get things out of your car, but a bother if you do. Fortunately the immediate streets near the hostel are safe and therefore the on-street parking is an option, but only later at night, once the daytime visitors have left.

Charming decor and spacious rooms with super high ceilings. This was the quietest stay i have experienced in Mexico!
