We stayed 2 nights at the hotel of Karen and her man and we had the best time. The hotel and its facilities are very nice and is cleaned everyday. Also, the location is great, near de ADO station and only 10-15 minutes walk to the main plaza. But what was really amazing was the personal attention of the personal and especially Karen. She recommended us multiple very good restaurants (the goat cheese burger at Bote de Leche was the best thing we ate in Mexico) and recommended us a boat trip organization where we had the best day ever. She even dropped us off and picked us up there. Highly recommend!

This is a sweet little paradise in a quiet and safe area of Bacalar! We loved to stay here! It is a little walk from town center, but that makes it so calm and it is not far from ADO either. The owners are absolutely lovely and helped us booking a tour, that we really recommend! It is the bigger tour going to the rapids! We would definitely come back!

The hosts are lovely and help you with trips out and laundry. The location seems a little out of town, but it is just a few minutes walk to the lagoon front with lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. Rooms are nice and are cleaned daily

The shower

Very quiet and not too far from the town center and lakefront (about 15 minutes walking). Small but comfortable rooms. The receptionist was very helpful with recommendations. There is also a small, private pool in the interior garden and a nice outdoor space.

Everything was satisfactory.

The host Karen was incredibly helpful. Providing us with information about various activities in the region and letting us check-in early. The room was really clean and the pool was nice.

We missed a kitchen/fridge

Very friendly staff! They’ve helped us a lot - within the hotel and outside! The rooms were clean, good water pressure in the showers, large clean towels, good air-con, nice swimming area, all high standards!

Nothing really

The couple that runs the hotel are the sweetest!!! So accommodating, friendly, understanding, and kind. The hotel is beautiful and lush, and the rooms were well designed, comfortable and clean. AC worked great and I felt safe while staying there as a solo female traveler! I got bit by a dog in the middle of town (nowhere near the hotel) and the owners were extremely caring towards me during this trauma. I couldn't recommend Casa Delia hotel more! Stay there and enjoy their graciousness.

Location was not super close to the lake but only a short walk. Breakfast or coffee available would be a nice addition to amenities. Only "work space" was a bench in the sun so if you are working remotely, plan to go to a cafe.

Booking very shortly before our arrival, Casa Delia was a great find! Although the basic rooms are quite small, it had everything we needed. Add to that the swimming pool, we were glad to extend our stay with 2 days.

We enjoyed our stay at Delia hotel. The owners were super nice and helpful. They organized the yacht trip just for us for a good price. Even though we arrived very late, they were waiting for us.
